Dragonwood is a lakeside vacation rental property. Designed for peace and recreation, the compound can easily accommodate up to 16 guests for reunions, events, business retreats or a simple friends or family getaway. Activities classes are offered onsite - art to cooking - tap into the knowledge of our local skilled instructors. An eco-friendly and sustainable compound, Dragonwood is situated on 18 private acres with ¼ mile of lakefront. The house is a beautifully designed residence that will accommodate up to 16 guests on the second floor. A fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room and bath with two stalls completes the first floor. The Dragonwood vacation retreat features a conference/classroom area, design studio tailored for all ages, art building and a special events pavilion. For a private getaway, the Fish house is located on the lake’s edge. The dock also offers privacy with an open lakefront vista. Be with the group or be on your own –Dragonwood offers boundless possibility.

Enjoy free golf at Piscataquis Country Club and free access to Community Fitness in Guilford during your stay, located just a few minutes away. Catered meals are available on request, and as an added bonus we feature organic produce grown in the Dragonwood gardens.
