This 1880 built home was left abandoned and we've brought it back around for your enjoyment. This 1 bedroom unit is fresh, clean, and comfortable. A two block walk brings you to historic downtown Owatonna where there's shops, restaurants, Central Park, and plenty of things to do! The apartment has recently been renovated, with new windows installed, among many other improvements. It's a nice one bedroom apartment with a hide-a-bed.
