I have many other units and enjoy renovating (licensed general contractor), and remodeling old houses to turn them into fun places to stay for my guests.
Why they chose this property
I chose this neighborhood because it's close to downtown but is also on the East end of Waseca, a perfect place to stay if you have friends or family staying at Kiesler's and you want to be close, or Clear Lake, the Boathouse, Barney's, and more! Walkable area and perfectly placed.
What makes this property unique
There's three apartments in this building, all with private entrances. The only shared space is a common area laundry room. Newly renovated and lots and lots of improvements to this big ole brick house!
