Thank you very much for the review! The neighborhood is an ethnically-diverse area with mixed cultures. It's a pleasantly quiet area with friendly neighbors.

This is only the second VRBO at which I have stayed. It was welcoming, spacious, and convenient. I received timely communication regarding my stay and appreciate the host's thoughtfulness. While the geographical location looked less-than-hoped-for, I had no problems with my stay and would stay here again, should I be in the area.
