Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Please collect all soiled towels and place them in the washer. No need to start it. Load dishes in the dishwasher or sink. No washing needed. Checkout is 11am sharp. Late checkout results in a fee.
Please collect all personal belongings and check closets, drawers, and under beds or furniture. Leave the key on the kitchen counter before departure. A lost key fee applies if the key is not returned
Please collect all trash and take it with you upon departure. Trash compactors are located near the apartment building and at the front of the complex by the leasing office and gates.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This apartment was very comfortable and clean. Its design was very elegant. There were plenty of toiletries, towels and supplies. Will totally book again.

Guests can enjoy being close to Orlando’s top attractions, entertainment, dining, and shopping, while still staying in a comfortable and convenient area just 8 minutes from Universal Orlando Resort.

What truly makes this property stand out is my hospitality and genuine dedication to providing every guest with the best experience possible. From the modern, elevated design to the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall comfort of the space, every detail was carefully considered with guests in mind.

This first-floor unit offers easy access and handicap accessibility, while also providing the convenience of a prime Orlando location combined with peaceful waterfront views and nearby nature trails — making it a true hidden gem.

Although the community was originally established between 1987–1989, the property has been thoughtfully maintained and updated to provide a fresh, welcoming, and comfortable environment. Between every stay, I prioritize important upkeep such as touch-up painting, pest control, deep sanitization, and carpet shampooing to ensure the property remains as clean and well-kept as possible.

Due to high demand, many reservations are booked 3–6 months in advance, and the property maintains a very high occupancy rate. While normal wear can occasionally happen in any frequently occupied home, I take pride in being proactive, transparent, and responsive when addressing any issues that may arise. If something ever requires additional attention, I am willing to block off availability to properly address it rather than compromise the guest experience.

I believe my honesty, communication, attention to detail, and commitment to guest satisfaction are what truly make me a great host.
