Please collect all personal belongings and check closets, drawers, and under beds or furniture. Leave the key on the kitchen counter before departure. A lost key fee applies if the key is not returned
Please collect all trash and take it with you upon departure. Trash compactors are located near the apartment building and at the front of the complex by the leasing office and gates.

I enjoy the convivence of the location & it is a safe and reliable neighborhood in Orlando. It is in Walking distance to many shopping centers as it is off of a major intersection. It is close enough to major attractions entertainment dinning & shopping with being only 8 minutes away from universal.
What makes this property unique
What makes this property unique & stand out from the rest is my hospitality & my true dedication to provided the best guest experience possible. From a modern elevated design to the upkeep & sanitation of the property I truly had guest in mind when picking this unit (Easy access & handicap accessible first floor unit, convenience of the location and the peace & quiet with waterfront views & nature trails) this property is a hidden gem. Located in an older community first established in 1987–1989 you would never even be able to tell. I do my best in-between stays to up keep important things such as any imperfections like paint, pest control, and deep sanitations including carpet shampooing. With early bookings such as (3-6 month in advance) and a capacity rate at 96% and vacancy rate at 4% it is hard to up keep those things to perfect order and condition at all times but we make it possible when truly needed even if this means blocking off any free days on the calendar (first option) or fully refunding a guest who is willing to cancel due to imperfections with the unit (my last option). My transparency with guest is what i believe truly makes me a great host.
