About this property

House with large garden classified 3 stars 5 km from the sea

Completely renovated in 2003 and in 2016, this farmhouse located in a farmhouse has all the comforts, with a neat decoration and improved every year according to the comments of the previous tenants.
We offer a rental that we would like to find if we too, my wife and our three children, were looking for a cottage to rent. Some tenants come back from one year to the next, which proves that they trust us and we thank them.
A large garden equipped with games for children will be at your disposal.
Our lodging was classified 3 stars in 2011 by the tourist office of Concarneau and the prefecture of Quimper.
We also rent for short stays with the possibility to reserve sheets for sleeping (8 euros / bed).

Eine Woche Bretagne in einer sehr schönen Unterkunft mit herrlichem Außenbereich, den wir für uns alleine hatten. Die Küche war total praktisch. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und empfehlen die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter. Die Verständigung hat in 3 Sprachen super geklappt:-), da unsere Französisch-Sprachkenntnisse nicht wirklich gut sind, aber das geht dann auch mit englisch oder ein wenig deutsch problemlos. Sophie und Hervé sind außerordentlich nette Vermieter.

Unser Urlaub in Concarneau war wundervoll! Das Ferienhaus bietet alles, was man zum Entspannen braucht. Der Gastgeber hat uns direkt empfangen und uns sogar wertvolle Ausflugstipps gegeben. Das Häuschen ist gut ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Dank des guten Wetters haben wir gerne die Sonnenliegen im Garten genutzt. Auch auf der Terrasse haben wir oft gesessen. Unsere Kinder hatten Freude an der hauseigenen Tischtennisplatte.

Sehr schönes und komfortables Ferienhaus.Geschmackvoll dekoriert und die Einrichtung entspicht voll und ganz den Angaben.Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war trotz der Sprachbarierre sehr nett und wir haben gute Ausflugtips erhalten.Die Lage des Ferienhauses an einer Strasse hat uns nicht gestört. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Urlaubszeit in der Bretagne und werden gerne wieder kommen.

Das Haus liegt in einem wunderschönen, großen Garten. Mit dem Auto ist man in 4 min in Concarneau oder eben am Strand. Alles ist sehr sauber und liebevoll gestaltet. Hervé und seine Familie sind tolle Gastgeber! Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und erholsame Zeit. Wir haben jeden Tag einen Ausflug gemacht, man kann alles super gut erreichen! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!

Description conforme à l'existant. Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires du gîte, avec conseils sur les visites et parcours de la région. Superbe maison spacieuse et très agréable. Belle terrasse bien exposée donnant sur un magnifique jardin. Situation idéale pour visiter cette belle région.
