This is a rare find!! It's a 3-bedroom condo located in the desirable southern end of the Island in the Olde South View complex and it’s only a few minutes’ walk to the beach. The condo features a fully stocked kitchen, 6-person dining table, comfortable living room w/ giant flat screen tv, and a large lanai area with plenty of seating. The lanai is perfect for enjoying the Florida weather, but if it does get rainy or if you just want some privacy, there are electronic shutters that go up or down with a flip of a switch. The Master Bedroom has an attached full-size bathroom, California King Size bed, and access to the lanai area. Guest bedroom #1 has a queen size bed, and guest bedroom #2 has two twins which allows the condo to sleep up to 6 guests.
The condo is close to several restaurants and plenty of shopping nearby.
