This is a 2 bed 2 bath Beachfront condo with amazing views down Marco Islands Crescent Beach. The large balcony wraps around the living room and both bedrooms which gives those rooms incredible views, and access to the balcony. The furniture is incredibly comfortable, leather couches, King size bed in the Master Bedroom, and a large Dining table. You have a fully stocked kitchen that was recently remodeled. The condo complex is a gated community with a heated pool, full gym, tennis & pickle ball courts, and private beach access.

Great Condo & View!

Condo was beautiful & has a great view of the beach. It is a 10 min walk to the ocean but there is such great shelling that it is worth it. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Great location at a great condo

This property is a short walk to the beach, which you overlook from your balcony, as well as many restaurants. Groceries are also a quick car ride away. Pool area is nice for a lazy day.

Love the Beach

At first may seem a little far but the "walk" to the water actually became a quite enjoyable part of the experience. Facility is great for my spouse and I at our age but honestly probably would not be a good match if we were younger or had smaller children unless looking for a "quiet place". Location is great and the posting described the place to a T.

Very nice!

We stayed here for 5 weeks. Great property and we really enjoyed the area. Good shopping and restaurants close. Plenty to do if you like or just relax at the pool or beach. Already booked here for next year! A little bit of a walk to get to the gulf that that is the only downside. Thanks

A week of R & R

Our family vacation with our 2 daughters ages 18 & 24. Condo was perfect. All restaurants within 10 minutes. Very quiet and relaxing. Beach was a bit of a walk (10 minutes). We spent our days at the pool. We will definitely be back. Looking to purchase our own vacation home.

Exceptional

The listing is totally accurate. The view is amazing from sunrise to sunset. The unit is extremely well equipped. Whatever we needed was there. The remodel creates a warm and comfortable stay. The pool area is large and accommodates all ages. The community is calm and non touristy. Great restaurants and Publix close by. Some restaurants within a short walk. Highly recommend. We will be back!

Love the Island

First trip to Marco Island and it didn’t disappoint. The condo was very comfortable. Need more and brighter lighting in the living room and a few more teaspoons. Change the door key to a Kaba lock. Always had to make sure some would have a key or be there to let you in.
