Phoenix West II is now called "The Oasis at Orange Beach". There are also brand new amenities such as a NEW ADULY POOL and NEW RESTAURANT AND BAR.

This large Gulf front 3 bedroom and 4 bath beachfront condo is one of the newest condos in Orange Beach. This unit is located on the 18th floor with floor to ceiling windows allowing incredible views of the gulf. Kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Living room seats 10 people comfortably and the condo contains 4 flat screen TVs. Our digital check-in and smart lock means you don't have to check in or wait in lines as soon as you arrive you can get into your room.

As soon as you walk through the door you are amazed by how beautiful the condo is decorated. The beds were comfy, the kitchen fully stocked for the nights we stayed in and cooked. The views! The views are the best part! We could have sat on our balcony day and night it was so gorgeous! We even could see dolphins playing in the the early moring, late evening hrs in the gulf. We will be back for another family vacation and book this condo! Thank you for such a wonderful stay! See you next year

Great condo!

Had a great girls trip, children to adults. The condo was perfect for our group! The host was very accessible and responded to our questions and requests quickly. Would definitely rent this condo again.

Fabulous place

We loved our stay. The condo unit was very nice and spacious! It was a perfect fit for my family. The amenities were top notch. My girls especially loved the lazy river and waterslide! We are hoping to visit again in the future.

The condo was wonderful and just as described. Easy check in and check out. The only complaint would be the elevators. We waited 20-30 minutes almost every time.

Nice stay

One of the bedrooms was missing a TV remote. The towels were small and scratchy like a motel six. But the condo itself was quite nice and the beds were comfortable.

Everything was great with a couple of exceptions. One the tv remote is missing from the living room. Couldn’t get the other remotes to work. The elevators were a interesting experience. With that many floors in the building we spent a lot of time waiting for a elevator. One last thing the building had some power problems. When we checked in there was no power. The power came on a short time after we were there. The cleaning lady was very helpful in trying to get the power back on for us. Other than these couple of things the condo is fantastic..!!!

A really great place to stay in any type of weather

Our family (ages 0-80+) had a wonderful stay! My parents have some mobility concerns so having elevators, close parking and a beach view was perfect for them. Having a walk in shower and some of the living room chairs that accommodated their physical limitations was a real bonus! My 3 yr old grandson absolutely loved the indoor pool. The weather was cooler and one day was completely a wash out so having that heated pool to play in was a godsend! The rest of us enjoyed the ease of getting to and from the beach, the hot tubs and comfy rooms. We definitely would love to return to this location and maybe come when it’s a bit warmer to enjoy the lazy river and the water slide. The message from the owner was about the supplies we will need was great. It would be helpful to add that coffee filters (and what type) would also need to be purchased. There was only one issue we experienced during our stay. The smoke detector was chirping upon arrival at 4:00. We immediately alerted the maintenance for the condo as well as the staff at the check-in desk. After several hours of incessant chirping we had to go and buy a battery ourselves. On a positive note: the maintenance staff listed by the owner was quick to respond to us and reported the issue to the building maintenance staff asap. Unfortunately there weren’t any maintenance staff available after 5. Once that issue was resolved we all had a wonderful time staying in this tastefully decorated condo.

Orange Beach Vacation

The condo we stayed in during our vacation was beautiful, comfortable, and spacious enough for nine people. We loved the amenities and especially enjoyed the huge lazy river. Our family would definitely stay there again!

Our condo was beautiful and very large The only issue we had was the elevators. This condo building has 32 floors we were on floor 18 and with only 5 elevators it took over 20 minutes to get an elevator. Beautiful condo just needs more elevators

Great family property

Wonderful location on the beach with great amenities. We brought a relatively large family, and they all appreciated that the guest bedrooms and bathrooms were not an afterthought as compared to the master. 4 bathrooms and plenty of space for sleeping without having to use a couch were great. Full kitchen with ample eating space was a great bonus. The kids loved having the pool and lazy river to hop in as breaks from the beach. Definitely will come again in the future.

Wonderful stay

This was probably one of the prettiest condos i have stayed in in OBA. The decor was beautiful and perfect location. My only complaint would be the elevators at checkout. Totally not the owners fault but there are only 6 elevators to a 32 floor building. Check out was a nightmare. We waited over 20 minutes for an elevator. Staff was very friendly here also, especially the lady checking in cars at the front gate. Overall it was a pleasant experience and i will definitely be back
