Big double room and a huge double room, both with view of the lake. Bath/toilet/sink. Shower/toilet/sink. Radio, TV, internet, no phone. New and comfortable furnishings. Covered outside parking next door. Shared washroom and ski room. Pets are not allowed.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

The house Leibnitzer was renovated in 1996 and is located on the via dal Bagn between St. Moritz-Dorf and St. Moritz-Bad with a lovely view of the St. Moritz lake and the mountains. Shops, restaurants and bus stops are 50-100 m away.

This was an amazing stay!! The apartment is much larger than it looks in the pictures, and we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was. The team was very responsive for any questions or needs that we have. The WiFi, free laundry machine in the building, and dish washer all worked very well. The apartment was well located, about a 10 minute walk to the train and to the center of town, and has a gorgeous view of the lake. One thing to note is that even though booking through VRBO, you do pay through LOGA, who will send you an email after you book. I had never had this type request before, paying separately for a booking through VRBO, so I was caught off guard, but this is the normal process and it’s trustworthy. Thanks LOGA team!!

Overall, this was a great stay. We arrived early the day of check-in and the management company was quick to get our keys to the station for pickup, making our arrival to St Moritz very accommodating. The apartment was incredibly clean and clearly taken care of, and the views were spectacular. The apartment is much larger than it seems in photos, and we felt very comfortable for our stay. The only two issues- when we arrived there was the smell of tobacco smoke, we alerted the management company right away and weren’t sure if a previous guest had smoked or if that was just how the apartment smells. It wasn’t too bad but we noticed it whenever we entered from outside. Second, the coffee machine had a seal that was leaking so we couldn’t make a cup of coffee without the leak occurring. We alerted the management company to this as well, but we weren’t able to get any type of machine replacement during our stay. Besides those two issues, everything else seemed great and we would likely stay here again for future visits.

Da wir mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln angereist sind, konnten wir den Schlüssel am Abreisetag unkompliziert in der Wohnung lassen. Auch würde der Schlüssel am Ankunftstag zum Bahnhof gebracht. Da die Wohnung im dritten Stock ist und das Haus keinen Lift hat, ist das hochtragen der Koffer eine echte Herausforderung für ältere Leute. Da wir deswegen die uns lieb gewordene Ferienwohnung trotzdem mieten wollten, haben sich auf unsere Anfrage hin, einige Taxiunternehmen bereit erklärt, die Koffern zu einem Spezialpreis hinaufzutragen. Bei der SBB müsste man im Bahnhof einen solchen Transport anmelden, d.h. er wäre ebenfalls möglich.

Sehr gute Betreuung Die Wohnung gefällt uns seit Jahren, phantastischer Blick auf den See , auf den Corvatsch und mehr. Wohnung ist groß genug, enthält alles, was man braucht. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Leider muss man in den dritten Stock hinaufsteigen. Parkplatz in der Nähe! Wir kommen wieder!

Professionell und freundlich Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Wir fühlten uns in St. Moritz willkommen geheissen. Gut dokumentiert, was in speziellen Fällen vorzukehren ist. Wir fühlen uns sehr wohl in der Wohnung. Wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal hier. Da fast immer Autos vor dem Haus stehen, war das aus- und einladen unseres Gepäcks etwas mühsam. Wir mussten es aus und in die Garage tragen.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der schönen und gut ausgestatteten Wohnung mit der speziellen Aussicht sehr genossen. Wir hätten es begrüsst, einen Reserveabfallsack und mehr als zwei Rollen WC Papier vorzufinden. Wir freuten uns aber sehr über die feinen Nusstörtli und die Auswahl an Kaffeekapseln. Auch die Dokumentation war sehr hilfreich und umfassend. Vielen Dank! Der Fernseher war nicht betriebsbereit. Als Laien sind die verschiedenen Betriebssysteme (Zusammenspiel von Box, DVD und TV) nicht leicht zu durchschauen. Wir haben's dann aber nach längerer Zeit geschafft.
