Bright 3 ½-room apartment, 80 m2 spread over two floors. Spacious living/dining room with fireplace and balcony, facing southwest with view of the Corvatsch mountain and the lake. TV with Apple-TV, Netflix and Skysport. Sonos loudspeaker. Open kitchen with dishwasher and oven. Chicco d'oro coffee machine. Shower/toilet/sink. Gallery: closed double room with TV, bath/toilet/sink, open sleeping room with two single beds. New and comfortable furnishing. Two parking places in the garage (garage height 195 cm). Shared washroom and ski room. Pets are not allowed. Not suitable for families with small children.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

Pro Silvaplana was built in 1995. The houses are located on the edge of the centre of Silvaplana. Cross-country skiing runs and hiking trails are in the surrounding area. The Corvatsch mountain, skiing area in the winter and starting point of beautiful hiking trips in the summer, is in the neighbouring village Surlej, 700 m away. A huge variety of physical activities can be practised in St. Moritz, 5 km away. During winter busses run every half hour in any direction.
