Extended Weekend Getaway

Perfect place to relax and enjoy sunshine with family and friends. This home offered all the amenities necessary for a short or long stay. The neighborhood is safe and plenty of food options are within walking distance with even more options a short drive away. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest!

Awesome place with lots of room and amenities

This is a great property located in the heart of Arcadia. Very cool 50s vibe, with great outdoor space, including heated, pool and hot tub, outdoor fire pit, and great seating areas. The main house has one master and two other bedrooms, and two full baths. There is a detached apartment that also has a great bedroom, bathroom and small kitchenette area when we had friends out to have their own space. The owners do an awesome job with communication in the house is very well equipped. Like many homes in the area, there are some Road noise from Indian school, but it did not bother us at all. Great views of Camelback Mountain.

Lovely home!

This house was perfect for our two families. The location is great-close to the airport, Old Town Scottsdale, the ASU campus, lots of shopping within a few minutes' drive, and Einstein Bagels within walking distance. The large master bedroom (with en suite bath) with a smaller room next to it was perfect for our couple with a younger child; the large bedroom off the dining room was great for the teenager, and the casita was perfect for the other couple. The casita has a bathroom with a washer/dryer and a small living/kitchen area. The main house has two living areas, a large dining room, and a kitchen. Plenty of space indoors for people to spread out. The best part of this house, though, is the outdoor space. The pool was warm and wonderful, and the hot tub a bonus for the chilly evenings. The firepit and cornhole game are a nice touches, and there is plenty of seating. We wish we had been there longer to try out the outdoor kitchen area. There were some issues with the plumbing in the casita, as well as finishing touches (almost as if it wasn't quite ready out there for guests-lack of towels, no hooks on which to hang the towels, etc) but the property manager, Jenn, was very responsive. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Great backyard

We really enjoyed the backyard of this property! The new pool and hot tub along with new recently updated outdoor space was perfect. We enjoyed the heated pool, sitting around the fire pit, and enjoying the AZ sunshine. The location is central to many restaurants and not far to Old Towne Scottsdale.

Awesome Spring Training Getaway!

Beautiful home with stupendous patio! We loved the pool and hot tub, as well as the outdoor grilling area. This property accommodated our group of five adults quite nicely.
