House was great for our family trip! Host was responsive to any questions we had during our stay and offered recommendations for local spots to eat. The house is on a busy street so if you are bothered by road noise, it may be something to consider.

This was a wonderful house, in a great location. It was perfect for two families traveling together. The communication with the owner was wonderful, and we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this property, and look forward to staying here again in the future!

Perfect Oasis

This home is absolutely perfect! Home away from home. Accommodates a family of all ages with plenty of beds, games and nice cool pool. The beds were so comfortable. Family Weekend

This home was amazing! We had such a wonderful time swimming everyday, playing ping pong and just lounging around. The location was close to Target, Costco, and great restaurants! The split floor plan was just what we needed for multiple families too. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Girls staycation

The house was gorgeous. The living space was huge and open made hanging with a big crowd so easy. The pool was well kept and the hot tub for this 115 degree weekend had been filled with cool water which was awesome.

Great spot in a great location

Home had plenty of room and has a fantastic layout, with splot bedroom design and everyone can come together in the great room. Plenty of activities, nice pool, and you cannot beat the location. We had some questions and we immediately got replies from the host. Very appreciative of the communication and will for sure reach out to book again if in town.

Fun pool day

I recommend you’ll Jovies place. We had such a great time. The boys were all happy, enjoying the pool and jacuzzi as well as fun activities there were like ping pong, board games, etc. Everything was nice and clean when arriving and super easy too get a hold of jovie. Will rebook this house in the future 💯%!!!!

This is a great place for multiple people in perfect location

The outdoor space is dynamite - really nice swimming pool for lounging around or swimming laps, nice seating, foos ball, ping pong, easy parking. We had 9 people comfortably and could have had more. Note: It is right off a busy road, but we really didn't notice the road noise, even when in the yard. There are 4 bathrooms: two with showers, one with bathtub with spray hose, plus a powder room - so works well for several people. AC works really really well - we were there during the big heat wave. Love this place!

We travelled as a group of 8 for a bachelor/golf weekend. The house was perfect for our group. Lots of room for sleeping and the backyard and we spent most of our spare time in the pool area. We had absolutely no issues with the house or amenities. Check in was seemless and the instructions given were super easy to follow. Highly recommend this house for larger groups or families. Jovie was very attentive and stayed in touch throughout the weekend to make sure we were taken care of.

Unresolved Issues

This house would be great for multiple families as there are many places to sit and play and many beds. However, it did not work for us due to some issues that were never resolved. When we arrived for our three-night stay, it was obvious that one shower had no hot water, the toilet in a master bedroom did not flush, and an AC cooling half the house did not turn on. We contacted the host, Jovie, that afternoon. The toilet was “fixed” the next afternoon. It continued to not flush properly and to run during the night. The lack of hot water in the shower was never addressed, causing four of us to take turns using the one working shower. The AC was never fixed. The temperature was in the mid to upper 80s during our stay. Since there were no ceiling fans and most of the windows were nailed shut, there was no relief in the evenings. We texted and called Jovie multiple times, with no resolution. After our unsatisfactory stay, we reminded Jovie of our issues and asked for a partial refund. We received no response. We would not recommend renting this house.

The house was great for a group—we had 8 friends in our late 40s, so having so many beds was great because we all got our own beds! The outdoor space was lovely, so we spent lots of time in the sun and hot tub. If you plan to do a lot of cooking, just know the layout of the kitchen (fridge and sink on one side of the large room, and stove on the other, with the dining table in between) might be frustrating, but you’re on vacation, why are you cooking?? that said, the kitchen had what we needed and we made breakfast and plenty of snacks with no issues. We also liked that we could walk on the canal path, which was really close, and there are some nice food spots within walking distance. Camelback mountain hike (difficult but highly recommended) was a 7 min drive and we went into Scottsdale twice for dinner, which is a short drive or uber away. All in all, a great house for a group trip.
