Die Wohnung hat alles, was wir als 6-köpfige Familie brauchten. Vor allem die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und zwei Badezimmer sind extrem hilfreich. Durch die Dachluken im Obergeschoss konnten wir jede Nacht die Sterne beobachten, wobei man natürlich Glück mit dem Wetter haben muss. Der Komplex insgesamt bietet mit Skikeller, Hallenbad und Sauna ideale Bedingungen für einen Winteraufenthalt.

Sehr schöne Lage am Hang mit Ausblick über das Tal vom Hallenbad aus. An dessen grosser Fensterfront kann man sich auf die durch die Sonne aufgeheizten breiten Fensterbänke legen. Gute Lage für Tagesausflüge zu den Seen im benachbarten Salzkammergut.Due nahegelegene Tauplitzalm ist ein Muss! Ältere, aber saubere Inneneinrichtung mit ruhigem Balkon zu den Parkplätzen hinter dem Haus.

Schöner Schwimmbereich

Das Objekt war sauber und die Küche ist klein, aber gut ausgestattet. Sofa und Teppich im Wohnzimmer sind neu. Leider hat vieles andere in der Wohnung Instanthaltungsbedarf, wie Badarmaturen und Heizungsregler. Obere Etage ist renovierungsbedürftig und wegen sehr enger Wendeltreppe nur für trittsichere Personen zugänglich. Dem Gebäude sieht man die Zeit an. Schwimmbad und Sauna sind neu und schön angelegt und laden zur Nutzung ein.

Gute Lage + Ausstattung für genialen Preis

Eine sehr schöne kleine Wohnung in einem grossen Komplex. Wir waren sogar zu 7 in der Wohnung und es hat an nichts gefehlt, auch wenn die Kochmöglichkeiten sehr eingeschränkt sind. (2 Kochplatten und kein Ofen) Das Personal im Haus war sehr nett . Es gibt einen brötchenservice und ein nettes kleines Restaurant mit angenehmen Preisen. Zum Skilift sind es zu Fuß gute 5-10 Minuten. Es gibt aber auch einen Skibus. Pool und Sauna Bereich sind klein aber sauber. Wir haben es täglich genutzt. Hervorzuheben ist die schnelle und unkomplizierte Abwicklung mit dem Vermieter. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter. Für den preis fast unschlagbar! Hiermit nochmal besten Dank und herzliche grüße an den Vermieter!

Praktisches eher spartanisch eingerichtetes Appartement in optimaler Lage am Ortsrand von Tauplitz. Anbindung zum Skilift per Skibus oder auch zu Fuß möglich. Gute Versorgung im Haus - Brötchenservice, Restaurant, Bettwäsche, Sauna. Unkomplizierte und professionelle Abwicklung der Vermietung. Vielen Dank, gern auch mal im Sommer!
