Really lovely apartment and great value

The apartment is very spacious and very well equipped, the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms are both good sizes, balconies are very nice, the view is amazing. Stephan is a fantastic host, very good at communicating before and during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. The apartment is great value for the area. We would definitely stay again and would recommend to others. It was perfect for our family trip with young children.

Perfekte Urlaubswoche

Die Wohnung war super! Die zentrale und ruhige Lage nahe des Aldiana Themenhotels, mit herrlichem Rundblick von einem großen Balkon, hervorragend ausgestattet, und der Vermieter ist superfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn wir dürfen, kommen wir sehr gerne wieder, auch im Winter zum Skilaufen muss es großartig sein! Wir lieben das Ausseherland mit Bergen, Seen und herzlichen Menschen. Für Naturfreunde absolut empfehlenswert

Saubere gut aufgeteilte Wohnung

Einziger Nachteil ist die schlechte Schallisolierung zur Nachbarwohnung.Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt einen großen Balkon mit allem Zubehör (Liegen,...). Die Schlafzimmer haben jeweils einen großen Schrank mit vielen Fächern. Die Matratzen waren uns etwas zu weich

Schöne Zeiten

Wir haben für eine Woche die Wohnung gemietet. Zwar haben wir nicht pünktlich den Code für die Schlüsselbox bekommen, aber das ging schließlich auch. Die Wohnung ist sauber. Und hat alles was man so für eine Woche Aufenthalt benötigt. Der Wasserkocher hat leider am nächsten Morgen seinen Geist aufgegeben, duschen lässt sich nur wenn man den Duschkopf mit der „dritten“ Arm hält ;) Aber sonst war alles sehr gut. Genug Parkplätze, tolle Aussicht, Supermarkt in der Nähe, wunderbare Ausflügsziele. Apropos Ausflüge - in der Wohnung findet man viele tolle Informationen und Reiseführer, was echt eine nette Überraschung war. Genau so wie viele Tischspiele. Nach einem langen Ausflug war das genau richtig! Wir kommen gern wieder

Günstige Fewo in guter Lage mit guter Ausstattung

Die Fewo ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und mit schöner Aussicht. Wir haben sie zum zweiten Mal gebucht. Lediglich die Polstermöbel haben starke Gebrauchsspuren.

Traumhafte Umgebung mit einer tollen Wohnung

Allein der Ausblick vom Balkon ist sensationell. Die Wohnung ist gut, eine tolle Küche, und die Betten sind auch sehr gut. Gerne immer wieder.

Enttäuschung bei 3- Tages- Kurzaufenthalt

Wir sind als 4-köpfige Familie zur Ferienwohnung auf der Durchfahrt von Italien angereist. Mein Mann hat vorab den Aufenthalt gebucht und Kontakt mit den Vermietern ist erfolgt. Dieses klappte alles reibungslos und der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und nett. Die Küche der Wohnung ist neuwertig und gut ausgestattet. Im Wohn- Essraum sind die Sitzmöbel sehr verblasst/ verschossen und abgewetzt. Es war hier nichts kaputt, jedoch ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. In den Schlafzimmern haben wir die zur Verfügung gestellte Bettwäsche selbst bezogen. Hierbei ist zu bemerken, dass diese ebenfalls sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist und schätzungsweise aus den 1970er oder 1980er Jahren stammt. Im Schlafzimmer unserer Söhne war die Bettwäsche zerschlissen, Knöpfe waren verschlissen, fehlten oder waren ausgetauscht. Dieses hat mich ziemlich enttäuscht, da guter Schlafkomfort für mich sehr wichtig im Urlaub ist, zumal für die Nutzung dieser antiken und zerschlissenen Wäsche ein Aufpreis von 10€/ Person genommen wurde. Ich bin hier ehrlich, ich würde meinen Gästen nicht so eine Bettwäsche zur Verfügung stellen, geschweige denn hierfür einen Aufpreis verlangen. Ich würde sie auch nicht mehr für eine Hilfsaktion spenden, sondern sie entsorgen oder zum Putzen nutzen. Mein Tipp wäre, neue Bettwäsche für ein kleines Geld günstig einzukaufen, sowie einen Stoffüberwurf für Couch, Sessel und falls möglich für die Essecke. Dieses würde der Wohnung mehr Wohnlichkeit verleihen und über Schwächen hinwegsehen lassen. Ferner sollte der Duschkopf im Badezimmer, der sicherlich auch aus aus den 1970er Jahren stammt, obwohl er sauber aussah, schon aus Hygienegründen erneuert werden. Die Lage der Wohnung allerdings war gut und auch gut durch Aufzug zugänglich. Das Panorama war ebenfalls sehr schön. Die technische Ausstattung (WLAN, Ferseher) war gut. Dennoch bleibt aufgrund der bemängelten Punkte ein negativer Nachgeschmack, der uns letztendlich die Abreise 1 Tag früher hat antreten lassen.

We had a great stay in this apartment. Everything you need is present. Kitchen is brand new, bathroom a bit outdated but functional. Perfect location just a minute away from the supermarket and 5 minutes from the Alm Strasse.

Langlaufurlaub Bad Mitterndorf

Liebe Familie Krüger, wir haben uns in Ihrer Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist sehr hell mit einer tollen Aussicht auf den Grimming. Ruhig und doch zentral. Erholsamer Urlaub mit super Ausblick

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben sehr schön eingerichtet und für 4 Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Vor Ort hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Unvergesslich bleibt der Ausblick auf dem Grimming.

Prachtig appartement voor een wintersportvakantie

Wij zijn al enkele keren hier geweest en vinden het appartement ruim en comfortabel met 2 slaapkamers. De prijs maakt het natuurlijk helemaal goed. Het is ongeveer 5 minuten rijden naar de parkeerplaats in Bad Mitterndorf en zo'n 10 minuten naar Tauplitz waar je direkt naar boven kan om te skien. Het skigebied is een aanrader voor mensen die niet in de rij willen staan voor de lift, lekker willen skien en niet al te veel eisen stellen aan de grootte van het skigebied. Ideaal voor gezinnen met kinderen.
