Le gîte est idéalement placé, à 2min de la station de Molines en voiture ou 10m de l'arrêt de la navette. Parfait avec un chien et des enfants, chemin de rando juste devant, piste de luge en face au niveau du départ du stade de ski de fond (à 30m).Le gîte en lui-même est spacieux et fonctionnel, juste un peu vieillissant, mais très propre.
