Very nice type 3 of 60m2 second floor apartment with balcony and ski locker in a farmhouse in the hamlet of St Veran Chalp. New apartment very original and warm all-wood, fully equipped. Skiing 2 minutes with the possibility of joining the shuttle station or even skiing. Ample parking. Cross country of departure to 30 meters. Queyras typical hamlet some houses date from the 18th century. Nearby restaurant.

Logement très bien situé, permet de faire des randonnées sans même prendre la voiture ! le petit village est sympa en été, il y a de très bonnes glaces à 2 pas.Le logement en lui même est pratique, mais manque cruellement de lumière (il n'y a pas de fenêtre, seule la porte d'entrée vitrée) et d'un extérieur. Mais on a pu profiter de la terrasse de nos voisins quand ils sont partis !

Très agréable séjour à la Chalp de St Véran. Appartement chaleureux et confortable, bien équipé. Idéalement situé entre Molines et St Véran. Nombreuses possibilités de balades au départ de l'appartement.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce chalet. L'annonce est tout à fait conforme à ce que nous avons trouvé sur place. Literie confortable. La chambre des enfants est mansardée et il ne faut pas être trop grand mais on y est que pour dormir ;) La douche est spacieuse pour le plus grand plaisir des enfants après une journée de ski. La cuisine est équipée comme à la maison ce qui permet de nous sentir comme chez soi. Le calme de La Chalp est un atout non négligeable et vous garanti des vacances reposantes. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et l'accueil est chaleureux.

Sehr schön eingerichtet Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Skigebiet ist wirklich schön und ein Spaziergang durch St. Véran lohnt sich wirklich.

Appartement idéalement situé pour randonnees en etoile Tres tres bien équipé ,tout confort, literie tres confortable, propriétaires tres sympathiques. On recommande vivement Le manque de luminosite dans l appartement cité par certains locataires n est pas un problème piisqu on passe ses journées dehors !!!

Excellement placé

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement qui bénéficie d'un point fort avec un emplacement proche des pistes (1 mn du parking de Molines en voiture). L'appartement est chaleureux. Pour ceux qui veulent faire des randos en raquette ou du ski de fond, vous avez juste à traverser la route !! Le propriétaire est toujours à l'écoute en cas d'interrogations. Très bonne location pour les sports d'hiver.

A proximité de départs de nombreuses randonnées, au calme, bien aménagé, l'appartement est tout à fait conforme à la description. Nous recommandons cette location parfaite pour un séjour de découverte du Queyras.

Très bon accueil. Appartement très bien équipé et calme. Localisation parfaite pour de belles randonnées aux alentours.. Nous avons regretté le manque d'ouverture ( une seule porte vitrée) et le manque de vue.

Un endroit très chaleureux bien équipé et très fonctionnel. La pièce a vivre est très confortable pour 4 adultes. Un hôte très sympathique et disponible !!! Pour faire de l'humour je dirai qu'il ne manque qu'une chose : un tire bouchon :-)

Parfait pour une semaine de belles randonnées !

Le logement est parfaitement situé, permettant de rayonner aisément sur de nombreuses et très belles randonnées à la frontière franco-italienne. Il est par ailleurs parfaitement fonctionnel, propre et bien entretenu, et les propriétaires ont toujours été disponibles pour nous donner quelques recommandations ou idées de ballades. Nous recommandons vivement, à la fois la région et le logement :-)
