Exclusive holiday home in beautiful Lenggries in the Isarwinkel with mountain views!

Semi-detached house over 3 floors; 140 sqm living space and 400sqm garden.

Large, spacious living room with Swedish stove, free WiFi, B&O music system, Sony LCD TV (42 inches), DVD player and 2 designer sofas; 2 balconies with a wonderful view of the mountains (especially the Brauneck skiing and hiking paradise);

2 bathrooms + guest toilet (toilet paper for the first few days is provided);

3 bedrooms:
1 bedroom with a new 180x200cm double bed,
1 bedroom with a single bed,
1 bedroom with a pull-out very comfortable sofa bed for 2 people including topper.
Bed linen and towels available. Beds are already made on arrival!
-> The house offers sleeping facilities for five adults.

Separate, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge, coffee and Nespresso machine and various spices.
Washing machine and dryer available; Basement room with second fridge, freezer and SAUNA.

You can start beautiful hiking tours directly from the house, e.g. to the Denkalm. The village center of Lenggries can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Gas station, supermarket, butcher, bakery are only within walking distance.

Lenggries is a beautiful Bavarian village in the Isarwinkel. In winter, the Brauneck ski area attracts as well as a variety of trails, for example in the Jachenau. In summer there are numerous hiking opportunities for beginners to advanced (Denkalm, Geiger- and Fockenstein, Brauneck, Benediktenwand etc.). There are numerous swimming opportunities, such as the Isar, the Sylvensteinsee, the leisure pool Isarwelle, a natural swimming pool etc. Nearby golf courses complete the wide range of sports opportunities.

Other attractions are easily and quickly accessible by car (Bad Tölz, summer toboggan run Blomberg, Tegernsee, Walchensee, Kochelsee, Starnberger See)

Gemütliches Ferienhaus mit Aussicht

Ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes, gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus! Ruhige Lage, tolle Aussicht auf die Berge. Das Vermieterehepaar hat uns persönlich empfangen und uns das Haus gezeigt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war immer gut und zeitnah. Wir haben die Urlaubstage in dem Ferienhaus genossen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kommen gerne mal wieder.

Mooi huis aan de rand van Lenggries

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in dit huis. We werden warm welkom geheten en er waren tips voor activiteiten. Het huis heeft een persoonlijke sfeer en het verblijf was aangenaam. Alles was aanwezig (houtkachel, nespresso, sauna, etc), we misten alleen een magnetron. Dit huis is zeker een aanrader.

Wir waren nun schon das zweite Mal über Weihnachten in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Von der Eigentümer wurden wir persönlich und sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und einfach gemütlich. Das war bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal, dass wir dort waren. Gerne kommen wir mal im Sommer wieder. Vielen Dank Familie Voigt.

Großartig!

Wir sind passionierte Ferienhausurlauber und haben schon in vielen Ländern gebucht, auch in Übersee. Wir können aber feststellen, dass dieses Haus zu den Tophäusern zählt. Angefangen vom freundlichen und persönlichen Empfang durch Herrn und Frau Voigt, über die perfekte Ausstattung und den schönen Schnitt des Hauses bis hin zum gepflegten Außenbereich kann man nur Bestnoten vergeben. Man merkt, mit welcher Liebe und Sorgfalt das Haus gepflegt wird. Da wir überwiegend Selbstversorger sind, ist uns eine gute Ausstattung gerade im Küchenbereich sehr wichtig und das ist nicht überall gewährleistet. Hier findet man alles was benötigt wird in sehr guter Qualität und top Zustand. Das gilt auch für die übrigen Einrichtungen und Installationen. Der Außenbereich ist ebenfalls gepflegt und man hat gerade morgens und abends die Auswahl zwischen der eigentlichen rückwärtigen Sitzgruppe und zwei Balkonen. Lenggries ist fußläufig erreichbar, gleichzeitig wohnt man sehr ruhig und für sich. Wir können dieses Haus nur absolut empfehlen und danken Herrn und Frau Voigt für einen tollen Urlaub in ihrem Refugium. Kommen wir nach Lenggries zurück, was wahrscheinlich ist, sind sie unsere ersten Ansprechpartner.

Super nette Vermieter. Schon die Begrüßung wie bei guten bekannten. Sehr hochwertig eingerichtetes Haus, es fehlt an nichts. Anfragen werden umghehend beantwortet. Tips zur Umgebung wie z.B. Wanderungen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Gastronomie werden bei der Schlüsselübergabe schon präsentiert, einfach super. Ausreichende Anzahl von Spielen, Büchern usw. sind vorhanden. Wir werden gerne wieder bei diesem Vermieter buchen.

Wunderbare Urlaubstage in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben zweieinhalb Urlaubswochen in Lenggries verbracht - der Kontakt im Vorfeld und die Begrüßung vor Ort durch die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und umsichtig. Es ist spürbar, dass auch die Gastgeber selbst gern in ihrem Haus Zeit verbringen. Der Garten grün und blühend, die Lage sehr ruhig und das Ferienhaus großzügig und mit allem Notwendigen bestens ausgestattet. Unternehmungen lassen sich mehr als genug durchführen - wandern und radeln gleich von Haus aus, das Karwendel, der Tegernsee und letztlich auch München sind nicht weit (mit Zug direkt zum Hbf eine Stunde). Wir kommen gern wieder - herzlichen Dank für die Möglichkeit, bei Ihnen Urlaub machen zu können!

Wunderbar für Wander- und Fahrradurlaub

Das Ferienhaus in Lenggries ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für einen kombinierten Wander- und Fahrrad/E-Bike-Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr schön, gepflegt und vollständig eingerichtet. Besonders gefallen haben uns die beiden Lesesessel im Wohnzimmer mit guter Lesebeleuchtung (findet man selten!) und der schöne Garten mit den Hortensien. Im Garten gibt es mehrere Sitzplätze auf der Terrasse, dem Balkon und hinter dem Haus, so dass man immer Sonne oder Schatten nach Bedarf hat. Praktisch war auch die Garage zum Einstellen der Fahrräder und des Fahrradträgers. Familie Voigt ist sehr freundlich und hat uns sehr nett empfangen. Alles wunderbar!

Liebe Familie Voigt, vielen Dank, dass wir in Ihrem wirklich tollen Haus sein durften. Das Haus ist super sauber, hell und sehr ruhig. Man findet alles, was man braucht und noch mehr, denn das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, so dass man sich sofort wohlfühlen kann. Außerdem hat es einen ganz besonderen Flair, den ich nicht benennen kann.....Ich würde es sofort weiterempfehlen. Unsere Zeit dort war viel zu kurz, wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Lenggries ist zauberhaft

Nicht nur der Ort ist zauberhaft, sondern auch das Ferienhaus und die Umgebung. Im Ort selbst gibt es zwei Schwimmbäder, viele Biergärten, alle Geschäfte des Alltags und eine direkte Bahnanbindung an München (ca. 60 Min). Außerdem kann man herrlich Wandern und Radfahren. Mit dem Auto lassen sich weitere Ziele wie Bad Tölz, Tegernsee, Zugspitze, Schlösser gut erreichen.

Absolute Empfehlung

Wir können dieses Haus für Ferien wirklich sehr empfehlen. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet, komplett ausgestattet, sehr sauber und liegt absolut ruhig, dabei nur ca. 1 KM vom Zentrum entfernt. Zwei Terrassen geben die Möglichkeit zu jeder Tageszeit draussen zu sitzen. Wer sich hier nicht wohl fühlt, wird es vermutlich nirgendwo tun. Wir kommen wieder.
