In this charming, fully equipped and comfortable house, located near the sea, you will have everything you need for a pleasant holiday in a small, quiet development of seven houses, located in the bay of Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer.
The house is new, with a large enclosed garden.
The recent bedding and appliances will make your life easier during your holidays, the pretty village of Beaussais sur mer with its market, bakery, restaurant, supermarket, and including a Carrefour shopping centre (5 minutes by car) will allow you to do everything on foot and leave your car in the courtyard of the house closed by a sliding gate.
About outdoor activities we are lucky to have the course of the famous GR 34 which literally passes 600 metres from the house, fishing on foot in the bay of St Jaqut 10 minutes walk, windsurfing, kite surfing, sand yachting which leaves you spoiled for choice in terms of activities.
