Great vacation in a beautiful house

We had wonderful days in this pretty house. The area around the Côte d'Emeraude is simply beautiful and worth a trip. The contact with Elodie and her parents was very friendly and attentive. We would come again!

Maison parfaitement située, adaptée pour deux familles - espace nuit distinct au rdc et un autre à l’étage. Belle pièce de vie, jardin avec deux salons distincts. Hôtes sympathiques. Nous reviendrons ! Merci.

Belle maison, bien placée mais nous sommes déçus

C’est une très belle maison, spacieuse et bien rénovée. Élodie a été très disponible par messages interposés. L’accueil, fait par les parents, fut très sympathique. La maison est bien placée pour les commerces et la plage. Il y a de très bons restaurants alentour. Par contre, il y a une maison en construction juste à côté mais nous n’en savions rien. Arrivés le samedi, tout aller bien jusqu’au mercredi quand les travaux ont commencé. De 8h à 18h, vraiment désagréable. Nous avons donc peu profiter de la maison dans cette tranche horaire. Oubliés les déjeuners sur la terrasse ou la petite sieste après manger. Donc gros point négatif mais il y en a un autre. Et je pense que ça devrait etre précisé dans l’annonce. Il n’y a pas de WIFI disponible. Donc si vous n’avez pas un forfait illimité, préparez vous à une facture hors-forfait bien salée. Dernier point, un étendoir à linge intérieur serait un plus. Il y a bien un fil extérieur mais c’est difficile de faire sécher du linge quand il pleut. Avec 2 jeunes enfants, on doit faire des lessives tous les jours. Nous ne sommes pas du genre à nous plaindre mais pour le prix que nous avons payé, je pense être légitime avec les commentaires ci-dessus.

Nous sommes désolés pour les travaux mais ça ne dépend de nous. Cette maison est en construction depuis un an, il s'agit maintenant de finitions. Il n'y a pas encore internet et nous n'avons jamais mentionné dans l'annonce qu'il y avait le wifi dans la maison. Nous attendons le déploiement de la fibre à Saint Briac prévu prochainement et nous préciserons dans l'annonce quand ce sera le cas.
