stavamo per non riuscire a prendere possesso della casa

tutto piuttosto bene a parte una disastrosa mancata accoglienza. le indicazioni sul sito Novasol erano totalmente sbagliate,infatti, ad esempio Novasol indicava una signora che ci avrebbe accolti ad un ora stabilita in luogo prestabilito (la sbarra del villaggio), ed invece all'appuntamento non si è presentato nessuno. abbiamo cercato di contattare con molta difficoltà Novasol e l'unica persona che alla fine ha risposto ci ha dato dei numeri di telefono da contattare dove non si parlava italiano. il custode del villaggio e i carabinieri del comune hanno subito parlato di truffa. dopo mille peripezie siamo riusciti a contattare la proprietaria, scoprendo che l'accoglienza sarebbe sta fatta da un agenzia. il cambio delle modalità in corso d'opera non ci era stato comunicato. un altro esempio:nel nostro contratto iniziale erano comprese sia la pulizia della casa che la biancheria. abbiamo scoperto solo dopo aver saldato la seconda rata di dover pagare altri 22 euro a testa per la biancheria e euro 130 per le pulizie finali. immaginate che dopo due ore di estremo disagio stavamo cercando un albergo dove poter pernottare. non abbiamo parole dopo anni che ci affidiamo a Novasol non avremmo mai immaginato di vivere un esperienza così spiacevole.
