We offer this 2 Rooms / Cabin apartment offering up to 5-7 beds in St Gervais les Bains (74). On the top floor of a chalet in the Grattague residence (Le Bettex), it offers a breathtaking view of Mont Blanc from its large balcony and living room.
Composition:
-Large living / dining room with its fitted kitchen area and a sofa bed (140cm).
-Bedroom with 2 beds (80cm) and a bed (80cm) on the mezzanine.
-Cabin with 2 bunk beds (80cm).
-Entrance with cupboard and wardrobe.
-Bathroom and separate toilet.
-Equipment: oven, L.V., fridge, toaster; raclette, TV, DVD, VHS, Covered parking at the foot of the building, Ski locker in the basement.
Summer: Swimming pool and tennis court in the residence, in addition to the many activities available in the region. Starting point for many walks and hikes.
Winter: Free shuttles, with departure at the foot of the chalet, to the Bettex ski lifts and ski school.
-Large ski area Megève-St Gervais
-The Nordic ski slope (St-Nicolas - Megève) passes just above the chalet, easily accessible.
-Ski touring rental possible in St Gervais and Le Bettex.

Note: The rental does not include sheets or household linen. (available for rent in St Gervais, if necessary)
Departure cleaning must be done by the tenant, otherwise additional costs.

Appartement très bien situé et confortable avec vue magnifique sur le Mont Blanc. Hôte sympathique et disponible (réponse rapide aux messages et toutes les informations sur le logement données avant l'arrivée) Arrivée facile et place de parking! Certains équipements mériteraient une nouvelle jeunesse mais je recommande ce logement !

Très agréable séjour, un cadre splendide et reposant. Une vue magnifique sur le Mont Blanc!L'appartement est agréable, propre et fonctionnel juste dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de machine à laver.

Bel et grand appartement

L'appartement est très spacieux pour 6 personnes mais il manque un micro-ondes et un vrai four. Difficile en effet de se remettre à chauffer le lait du matin à la casserole, surtout pour des ados n'ayant connu que le micro-ondes!La vue est splendide, surtout sous la neige.
