At the heart of the village of Saint Gervais les Bains, a beautiful apartment of 55 m2, for 4 to 6 people, awaits you for an unforgettable vacation.

In a residence of the early 20th century, the apartment has been completely renovated for your comfort. You can get there by car (without snow equipment) or train (the Mont Blanc tramway station at 500m).

The apartment consists of:
- A living room with a dining area and a seating area with a flat-screen TV, a sofa bed (with thick mattress) and a box ADSL Wi-Fi
- An open kitchen.
- A bedroom with a double bed and dresser
- A room with 1 double bed and a closet
- A shower room and WC

If you wish, we offer you a baby equipment consists of a high chair, a cot and a bath.

In addition you will have access to a cellar located on the ground floor to store your skis, sledges, bike, stroller, ... ideal for putting on your ski boots before taking the shuttle.
You have a closed garage ..... ideal to leave your car all the stay in the shelter.

Lovely apartment in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay here, it was very spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was very close to town and was only a 10 minute walk to the ski lift or you can get the bus from outside the front door. Good communication with Odile and Deborah who also allowed us to leave late which was really helpful as we had a late flight.

Very comfortable accommodation in a convenient location, warm with all amenities provided. Only issues were the ski locker key was not available (but we used the garage which was fine) and the path immediately outside the accommodation was treacherous with ice and needs caution

Cosy, homely and superbly located apartment

A lovely apartment in the centre of Saint Gervais Mont-Blanc. Ideally situated next to the bus stop for the gondola to Les Bettex, with a dedicated locker below the apartment building for ski gear. Has all useful amenities, including dishwasher, hair dryer and washing machine. Full suite of kitchen utensils, crockery and glassware. Beautifully new and refurbished shower room. Very comfortable beds, decent space for dining and relaxing, and plenty of storage for coats, clothes and gear. We felt very much at home .Parking is a little further away than listing perhaps suggested, but not too far. Construction work next door made parking to load/unload slightly tricky. Hot water ran out quite quickly in the evening, which isn't ideal for post-ski showering. Perhaps the biggest downside was that the Internet upload speed was very slow indeed (practically nonexistent), meaning it was simply not possible to back up videos of skiing each day to the cloud. The neighbours living opposite were slightly snooty with my son at one point, which upset him greatly, but not at all the hosts' fault and so simply something to be aware of.These are, however, minor grumbles that are relevant only to bigger parties and those who rely on good internet access. Otherwise, the apartment is ideal, the hosts are friendly and the concierge most helpful. Highly recommended.

Séjour d’une semaine au mois d’août pour profiter de st Gervais et ses montagnes environnantes. L’appartement est idéalement placé entre le centre ville, l’accès au TMB et le nouvel ascenseur pour les thermes.Calme et bien décoré. Avec 2 vraies chambres. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour !

Apparemment très calme, idéalement situé, propre et bien équipé. Les commerces sont accessibles rapidement à pied, le garage à deux pas est un plus.La communication avec l'hôtesse et la gestionnaire est fluide. Participation au Trail des Fiz le samedi matin donc Très bien situé. Le parc des thermes à proximité le samedi après midi et le tramway du Mont Blanc le dimanche. Très bien avec des enfants de 5 et 3 ans

Avec 2 chambres séparées, des toilettes séparées de la salle de bain en font un logement spacieux ; de plus il est très bien situé, dans le centre de Saint Gervais, avec un arrêt pour la navette qui amène au téléphérique au pieds de la résidence

2 semaines à St Gervais Les Bains

Les bons côtés : un vaste appartement avec une belle chambre donnant sur la montagne. Proche du centre. Une région magnifique. Une belle fraîcheur (nous venions de Marseille) Dur, dur : 2ème étage (marches hautes) sans ascenseur. Merci à la conciergerie de m'avoir donné un coup de main pour monter ma lourde valise. Zut : Pas de machine à laver/séchoir comme mentionné dans l'annonce, avons dû faire laver et sécher notre linge dans une laverie (ce qui nous a permis de découvrir, en voiture, un autre coin de St Gervais et un restau indien) Cra-cra : couettes avec taches de sang, dessus de canapé ayant besoin d'un bon nettoyage, vieux poufs percés abritant une jolie poussière ancienne ... Amusant : lumière dans les WC et la salle de bain sur minuteur ... me suis retrouvée 2 fois dans le noir Sportif : Tout l'art de rentrer dans le 2ème lit sans se cogner la tête dans un petit lit superposé. Mais à part cela j'ai aimé l'appartement et la superbe vue sur la montagne de la chambre. Avons testé le restaurant juste à côté : Chouette et bon.

Séjour aussi agréable que ressourçant

Séjour de deux semaines parfait ! Appartement confortable et parfaitement situé (tout peut se faire à pied sans reprendre la voiture grâce à la proximité de l'ascenseur des thermes, la gare du tramway du Mont-Blanc ou encore des cars ou téléphérique). Tout était très bien et nous y reviendrons sans hésiter dans le futur si nous revenons à Saint-Gervais.

Petit séjour au ski

Arrivée très bien organisée par la conciergerie, en autonomie. Logement très bien situé, à 5min à pied du tramway du Mt-Blanc, à 10min à pied du centre ville. Il est possible de se garer dans la rue ou sur parking du tram. Le logement est idéal pour 4 personnes et très bien équipé. Les points négatifs : literie à améliorer, elle date un peu (sommier et oreillers), un coup d'aspirateur ne sera pas de trop sur le sommier et derrière la porte d'entrée. Si non, appartement vraiment top! Nous allons y revenir avec plaisir!
