4k HD smart TV's in both great room and bedroom, excellent free high speed (300+ mps) WIFI, well equipped full Kitchen with all new appliances, large clean, well equipped modern bathroom with raised shower head (for our taller guest's comfort), central air and heat, massive brick fireplace, private outdoor seating/yard with Weber gas grill and Adirondack wood chairs under a beautiful pergola, completely secure private large pet enclosure/dog run ($25 per pet per night fee, $200 max, $100 min per stay, 2 pet limit) and free laundry facilities and supplies on premises. A very private and quiet home away from home; enjoy a luxury hotel feel with all the amenities of home nestled in beautiful mountainous Malibu Canyon, Calabasas. Close to fine dining, top entertainment and outdoor recreation, minutes to Malibu Canyon State Park and Malibu Beach. Free City Shuttle Services around town.
