Appartement fonctionnel et agréable

Ce logement est proche de tout à pieds. La mer est à 10 min le centre ville 15 min des commerces proximité. Le parking privatif est un plus. Lappartement est agréable il nest pas neuf c'est certain. Petit bemol la literie est vieillissante pour une semaine c'est bien.

Escroquerie

Appartement très sale, sans douche à fonctionner, électroménagers très vieux, sans capacités par rapport d'annonce, présence des punaises de lits, lit cassé, impossibilité à communiquer etc. L'absence de contrat de bail vacanciers. Le logement est loué complètement en noir, donc sans autorisation de la mairie et du tourisme selon la loi en vigueur. Je déconseille l'agence interhome

Le ménage n'avait effectivement pas été effectué parfaitement et nous nous en excusons, mais notre équipe est intervenue une seconde fois afin d'assurer votre confort et nous n'avons trouvé aucune punaise de lit. Aucun autre problème n'a été constaté. Nous regrettons d'apprendre votre déception mais nous espérons que vous avez tout de même apprécié votre séjour dans la région et que vous conserverez votre confiance pour de prochaines vacances à nos côtés. Un seul bémol.... l'appartement donnant au 1er étage et juste au-dessus de l'entrée de l'immeuble... il serait bien d'installer au-moins des rideaux sur les portes fenêtres.....

Appartement très bien situé, on peut tout faire à pieds ! Place de parking réservée. Le ménage était fait, l'appartement était propre. Les bémols : - place de parking étroite pour une voiture familiale, - extérieur commun aux immeubles côté cour manque d'entretien.
