Enjoy the public beach access two blocks from the Condo. Archibald Beach Park won't disappoint! The Suncoast Beach Trolley provides easy transportation with daily passes that allow you to ride from Clearwater to St. Pete Beach. It has a convenient stop just one block away.

CVS, Dollar Store, and Winn Dixie are just are a couple minutes walk. Several eateries including Haze Ice Cream, Amish Creamery, Daiquiri Shak, The Reef Bar and Grill and Lucky Lizard are within a half mile away.

Beach towels, a beach umbrella, beach chairs, and a beach cart are available for guest use.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.
7 days notification is required in order to heat the pool.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
