Love that picture, how the lighted cabin contrasts with the darker surroundings. Please come again! We love Southern Utah and sharing it with others.

Thank you for your review. We hope to see you again!
It was everything we hoped for and more. Very comfortable, spacious, campfire, grill, hot tub, game room, games and puzzles, outside and inside spaces...we used it all. We went to both Bryce and Zion as well as a nearby lake spot that was very nice. Hosts were helpful and responsive. Yay!

Our family had an amazing time. The house was so lovely. Very close to Duck Creek Village. Great place for the kids. They love the game room. A big thank you to the host for allowing us to stay.
This cabin was amazing. Beautiful location, plenty of space for our family with games and amenities, and it was clean and comfortable. We loved the Christmas decor they put up, it was the perfect touch. Check in and check out directions were easy to follow, and the host was prompt with responding to messages. Looking forward to staying here again.

Disliked: Cleanliness
The cabin really needed a dusting and removal of cobwebs. It could really use more toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap and a coffee maker.(It was missing….)1 roll per bathroom was not enough, we had brought a few rolls of our own.

Thank you. I’ll have our cleaning company take a look at the dusting schedule.
We do provide one paper towel roll on the kitchen counter and a spare under the kitchen sink. A bottle of dish soap is provided on the kitchen counter with a spare under the sink, as well as dishwasher pods.
Each bathroom has a roll of toilet paper and a spare in the cabinet. And, when you requested additional toilet paper after using those 6 rolls, we did provide them for you. I am sorry if that was still insufficient.
Usually there is a keurig with pods and a regular coffee pot. Thank you for letting us know the regular coffee pot was missing. It has been replaced as well.
Our family had such a wonderful time here here, even though it rained almost the entire time the cabin was comfortable and enjoyable. It was such a beautiful area. We’re excited to go back.
Beautiful cabin home. Well appointed and plenty of space. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back. Thank you for your hospitality!!!

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Home was nice but in disrepair. Dryer broke while we were there and had to hang dry laundry, downstairs shower valve broke and we had to turn off the hot water for over a day while repairs took place, coffee maker was in need of descaling and unable to function properly, not able to resolve during stay, downstairs unusably cold, pool table in severe disrepair and cues without tips. Host was responsive and reasonable response to issues but the amount of compromise and communication we had to make as guests was disappointing and distracted from our stay there

Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad you found the home nice overall, and I do want to clarify a few details for future guests.
The shower valve issue was reported in the evening, and we had someone there that same night to assess it. It required a part, and the repair was completed the following morning. While we understand the inconvenience, it was not without hot water for over a full day.
Regarding the dryer, you let us know it was making a noise, and rather than delay with a repair appointment, we replaced the unit the next day to minimize disruption.
We also provide two coffee makers for guest use, along with descaling packets for the Keurig. After your stay, our cleaning team confirmed it was functioning properly.
We appreciate you pointing out the pool cues, and new ones have already been ordered.
We did provide a credit for the inconvenience, and we always aim to respond quickly and resolve issues as efficiently and fairly as possible—especially given the logistics of servicing a mountain property.
The cabin was nice overall. There was a lot of random junk in the basement draws, obviously things that people left behind. The pool table is in bad shape, who ever put it together put half of the bumpers upside down. The hot tub was nice, but be very careful getting to it when there is snow and ice. The concrete steps leading up to it dangerous.
The cabin and location were simply amazing. Close enough to the village for your shopping, but far enough away to be quiet and secluded. The games and amenities at the cabin were great. The host was very responsive. We will stay here again.
