This is a wonderful property to stay at. The wrap around deck is amazing. The location works for visiting Zion and Bryce. We would definitely stay here in the future.
Easy to get to, easy to get in, very clean and tidy, very nice location (pics on VRBO don't do it justice!), TV in a weird place, but we didn't go there to sit and watch!
What an incredible place to spend the holiday week with our closest friends to celebrate Christmas. The home was perfect for our group of 8 and even had room if we had a couple more! It was well equipped, in all right places (kitchen, furnishings, & access). We can’t wait to visit again!
We loved our stay here! Kitchen was extremely well stocked; the beds were comfy; and the views were amazing. Very calm and peaceful environment. We would stay here again and highly recommend it! It’s a perfect location between Zion and Bryce Canyon.
We loved the property. We really enjoyed the wraparound deck and watching the deer and elk in the meadow and pond every night.
We had a great view of the stars every night too.
And it is conveniently located near Bryce, Zion, Kanab, and Cedar Break parks. We would recommend to anyone.
We finally made plans to visit Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks, along with the Grand Canyon. We found this gem right in between Zion and Bryce, so the location was absolutely fantastic. The property itself was absolutely stunning, and the house was so comfortable and had EVERYTHING we could have needed. We found ourselves looking forward to getting back to our “home” later in the day during out NP visits. Amy was so responsive and helpful. We have stayed in quite a few VRBO’s, but this one was our favorite.
It was a very nice property. We would definitely stay there again. Plenty of room for everyone. The wrap around deck was amazing. The views and wildlife was pretty spectacular. Very close to SXS trails and lakes. We have no complaints and just great things to say. Thank you again the Petty's
My husband, 3 adult children and I really enjoyed our week at this rental. It is large, comfortable and very well appointed. The wrap around deck allowed us to sit outside and enjoy all the wildlife. It is a 30-40 minute drive to Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks and Cedar City. The washer and dryer was a plus. We recommend this home.
The house was clean, spacious and had a well stocked kitchen. The house is midway between Zion and Bryce which was perfect as we had hikes planned in both areas. The house was set up nicely and we looked forward each to day to getting "home" after a day of hiking. We can't thank the house manager, Amy, enough for going out of her way to make sure mail was delivered to one of our group who lost her ID. Amy went above and beyond to help out and was absolutely wonderful!
Well-maintained and modern House in between Bryce and Zion. Wonderful amenities. Very comfortable
We use this home as a launching pad to both Bryce and Zion. It was nice to get out of the hustle and bustle of the national parks atmosphere. The sky was full of stars and the house was perfect for our needs. We were two families traveling together. Modern kitchen with wonderful appliances, two sets of laundry facilities, nice outdoor space.
The master bedroom is a loft and there is no you’re going to it, but this was not a problem for our group.
Overall a great place for a larger group to stay.
We chose this home for its location halfway between Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. It was about 30 minutes to Bryce and maybe just a little longer to Zion. The home exceeded our expectations and is very spacious with all the necessary amenities. The property and surrounding views from the porch are very tranquil and we often saw deer grazing in the fields. We had exactly 6 adults and 6 kids, and the accommodations were perfect for the kids to sleep in the room with the bunkbeds and for the adults to each have their own rooms as well. Highly recommend this wonderful home for a peaceful stay!

Beautiful cabin nestled in Southern Utah
Our family of 8 thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful cabin with plenty of room to spare. The wrap around deck was so nice as was the large fully stocked oven. The kids enjoyed exploring the hill behind the property and finding scat. There were lots of birds in the field behind us. It's conveniently located between Zion and Bryce Canyon and created a peaceful resting place between all the hiking. We went in March/April and it was a little cool for us. We would like to return in the summer! Thanks for allowing us to stay in this beautiful home!
What a beautiful setting. Quiet. Clean. Close enough to the major parks but far enough away to unwind.
We cooked, we hiked, we played cards, we talked into the night, we saw the stars go to the horizon, we saw a LOT of mule deer in the meadow (at least 30), we got to see two mule deer bucks sparing, we saw elk in Bryce, Pika at Horseshoe Bend, had a great dinner at "The Rocking V Cafe", drank coffee on the porch in the morning and watched the mule deer get up from sleeping... I could go on, but suffice it to say all of us (9 total) said we'd come back in a heartbeat!
Thanks to our wonderful hosts for providing a great place to build more memories!
Loved this house. It was beautiful, well stocked with everything you need for as many as you have staying-for the bathroom, kitchen, dining, bbq, lounging, and recreation. It was perfect. By far the best stocked house we have ever used. Only drawback to having 10 adults was the one bedroom that had just the bunk beds and trundle pull-out beds. For adults, it was limiting, but you could certainly get 6 kids to sleep in there. The location was quiet and the neighbor has a herd of deer and turkeys that march up to his house for the breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We heard elk bugling, coyotes howling, and the stars were magnificent. Highly recommend! I want to come back and stay again. Bryce Canyon is just a short distance (30 min) and a beautiful drive with trails to explore along the way if you choose. Did I mention the sky is the bluest I have seen, anywhere! IF you are in question about where to stay, this is the place.
The coolest thing about the house is the builder designed the top floor window to line up with the horizon and you can watch the sunrise from your bed as you wake up. We loved watching all the wildlife babies and moms in the field below. The home was clean and relaxing and was set up for larger family get togethers. The location was close enough to go to Duck Creek, Zion, Bryce, Kanab, Escalante/Grand staircase, northrim of Grand Canyon and national forests too. Parking was well designed for multiple cars if all your relatives are meeting there. The large family living room and kitchen and wraparound porch make for good visiting areas. Kitchen was well equipted with larger cooking pots for larger groups and extra dishes for larger groups.
Cabin is really good , they need to specify that you are not allowed to make fire they don’t have a fire pit the cabins around they do have one except this one , also we barbecue and the grill looks like a never been clean also coffe machine was full of hard water I try to cleaned a few times and still chunk of junk come out we can’t used . I did contact the owners or manager they tell me to make the s’mores on the grill really ? Grill is nasty.
We really loved the house! It was so roomy and the deck around the house was so nice to look at all the nature and the many deer that walked by. We even saw an elk. We used the grill to grill out some hamburgers. It was so nice to have that. Definitely want to pick up groceries in Panguitch before you get there. If you’re coming from the north anyway. There is just not much close by. It is a perfect location to be in between both Bryce Canyon and Zion national Park. The only negative thing I have to say is that the carpeting looked stained. Also, this home may benefit from a pest control spraying, as we saw spiders every day. Overall, we would stay there again! The host was extremely responsive.
The property was very nice and well equipped. It has a very nice porch on two sides and we saw deer and Elk each evening.
There were two slight concerns. We were riding motorcycles and the gravel lot was very loose gravel and caused a motorcycle spill. It would be nice to pave the remaining driveway. Also, we noticed a large amount of spiders in the house. I assume it was due to cooler weather coming, but that needs to be addressed.
Otherwise, very nice!
Beautiful, spacious home with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our everyone. Great location halfway between Bryce and Zion. Instructions from the host were very thorough and the few questions we had were answered quickly. Excellent views of the snowy meadow during our stay; we enjoyed seeing turkey, deer, coyotes and bluebirds out the windows.
