Overall, great stay! Location is unbeatable as it is right by the pools, hot tub, bar and beach. The condo shows some age and could have been cleaner on arrival, but would definitely stay here again.

The room is clean, comfortable and beautiful with all of the basics you need.The check in process is very rigid requiring multiple returns to the desk. It truly depends if you get help from the women who are friendly and helpful. The male receptionist is very rude and not informative.Bring your own floats and tubes for the lazy River!The host was very responsive to help with fridge issues. Fridge did not cool down after waiting overnight called for help the next day and the maintenance crew came right away, made an adjustment and the fridge started to cool down.
