VIEWS, VIEWS, VIEWS, enjoy this 3 Bedroom/ 3 Bathroom Condo, located on the third floor of the Diamante building Phase 1, last condo with 180 degree view of the ocean.
Diamante 308 features an open design large kitchen overseeing the living room. The entertainment center has a 60 inch flat screen TV with soundbar and Netflix.
The living room has also a dining area comfortable for 6 guests.
All 3 bedrooms have King bed and 40-48 inches flat screen TV with Netflix.
The spectacular patio wraps the living room with views of the town, beach and ocean. It comes with a table, chairs and lounge chairs.
Diamante 308 is conveniently close to the elevator, enjoy the free underground parking, all the pools and restaurants that Las Palomas Resort offers.
We listen to our guests:
All bedrooms have a ceiling fan.
We replaced the refrigerator in August 2023.
New stove July 2020.
We added a Keurig 2.0 coffee machine.
Added two new lounge chairs and table on balcony in 2017
Replaced all 3 ACs December 2023

The view was amazing....

This condo is correctly titled, the view was incredible. All of the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Even the ceiling fans were quiet. Being on the third floor is a short elevator ride and being on the end it seemed like our own private elevator. Its a beautiful condo and we are already inquiring about staying here next year.

The condo has a beautiful view that allows lots of natural light. The wrap around balcony was fantastic. Each room was very spacious with it's own bathroom. I would definitely come back to this unit!

Awesome place to stay!

We came for Memorial Day weekend and loved how spacious the condo was. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything we would need. The owner was super responsive as well. The size of the patio was amazing and enjoyed morning coffee and evening drinks out there. Definitely will book this property again!

Weekend retreat

This place and location is great. The host was receptive and proactive. You couldn’t ask for a better layout for our group. This was our 2nd time renting this place and we would look to do it again. We had 6 adults and plenty of room.

We have been vacationing in Mexico for over 25 years and we finally found a place that it is very easy to reach and very relaxing.
Las Palomas Resort is the top spot in Puerto Penasco, you will enjoy al the amenities:
pools, golf, bars, restaurant, lazy river.
Our condo is on a prime location with spectacular views and brand new furnishing

What makes this property unique

The Las Palomas Resort complex consists of two Phases and over 800 individually owned condominiums, with a variety of different floor plans, finishes, and decorations. ● Both Phases have a number of different pools, including a lazy river and swim up bar & grille. Phase I features a water slide, the fitness center , convenience store, and La Maria restaurant, which is open for dinner only. Phase II features a Kid's Club, Five Senses Spa, the sales desk, convention center, and the main lobby restaurant, Citron, which is open for breakfast, lunch & dinner, as well as a wonderful Sunday Brunch. Owners and guests have access to all of the amenities in both Phases, regardless which Phase they stay in
