About this property

Spacious ocean view apartment on a golf course

Beautiful 1600 sq feet apartment with 2 balconies (one pool view and one ocean view) located on the bike/walk/run path. 5 minute walk to the beach and the marina and 15 minute walk to town.

Marble floors throughout. Master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet with en suite bathroom. Second bedroom has 2 queen beds plus its own balcony. Washer and dryer

The complex has 1 big pool, 2 small pools, BBQ area, gym, and paddle tennis court

Daily maid service available for an additional charge

The washing machine is free of use for stays of 7 days or more.

A 1,000 pesos per week cash electricity deposit will be required upon arrival. It will be returned upon departure if you have not exceeded the free electricity limit.

The first 200 KWh of electricity use per week is included. This is sufficient as long as the A/C is not left on all the time. If the electricity usage is higher, it gets charged at 5 pesos per KWh

We are planning our next trip

Owner Zafer and his wife were available at anytime if we needed anything or had questions. They made sure we were set and comfortable as soon as we got there, till our last day. The apartment is big and comfortable. We loved how comfortable and safe we felt. The store is only a couple minutes walking open 24 hours. It was quiet and relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff there were very friendly.

Great vacation rental

Thank you for being great rental host! The condo was VERY spacious and clean! As soon as you walk in, your greeted with big patio doors and a view thats breath taking. Slide the patio doors all the way open to a spacious patio. The master bedroom is spacious with own bathroom and walkin closet. The second room... the view of the ocean grab that coffee and sit on the second patio of this condo. The staff working at this condo are very welcoming and hardworking. The grounds are well maintained and pool is great! Location is perfect. 5 min walk to beach7 min walk to hotels and restaurants 20 min cab ride from airport Checking in was super easy and meet with Madelin who was always there when we had questions etc The condo has amazing cross breeze if you have front door open and all the patio doors open, no need for air conditioning. Which it has in rooms and living space, but wasnt needed with that cross breeze. We will definitely be back

Roomy condo, comfy and great location

Kitchen was well supplied with utensils and spices for cooking. Decks were perfect for sitting and enjoying the place. Didn’t close the sliding glass doors the whole time I was there. Didn’t use AC as the overnight temperature was perfect for sleeping. Nice morning sunrise from all rooms and if you leave the main door open while you are there a great cross breeze happen in the condo. Would definitely stay here again.
