*Brand New Remodel*: Located at the base of Park City Mountain Resort, this summer spectacular 3 bedroom condo has a new kitchen and bathrooms and more. It`s Amazing pool and hot tubs overlook over the mountain. So many amenities to enjoy: Work out room, mountain biking, hiking, shopping, bike rental shops, bus stop, convenience store, restaurants, and more all adjacent to your condo. You can take a shuttle to Main Street or walk there in 10-15 min.

This condo sits right in the heart of Park City Mountain Resort`s main base area making The Lodges a true ski-in ski-out and mountain bike location. This condo is on the upper floor and an end unit. It is in the perfect location for your summer or ski get away if you are looking to spend your time in the middle of it all. Ski and bike rentals, Heated pool and hot tubs, fitness center, hiking and biking trails, Ice skating rink, Ski Lifts, Ski School, Basic groceries, restaurants, ski shop shopping, free bus transit...all within 1 minute walking distance of the condo.

The condo has 3 bedrooms with a cozy loft and sleeps up to 10 when utilizing the sofa sleeper!! Covered garage parking and easy access to all that Park City Mountain Resort has to offer. Use the complimentary ski locker to store your gear so you can get on and off the mountain even faster.

Bedroom/Bed Description:

Bedroom 1: Master Bedroom with King bed and ensuite tub/shower bathroom. Located on the main level.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed on upper level

Bedroom 3: Queen bed and 2 twin beds (one in trundle), located on the upper level. Bedroom has a partition for privacy if needed in between the queen and twin beds.

Sofa Sleeper: Queen located in the living area

Bathroom details:
1-Full bathroom located inside the master bedroom on the main level
2-Full bathroom located at the top of the stairs near the queen bedrooms
3-Half bath located off the living area on the main level

The Lodges building has a pool, hot tubs and fitness center all within its walls.

You have access to ONE covered parking space located in the condo parking garage. A parking pass must accompany the vehicle at all times when parked in the garage.

To access the ski lifts and runs or mountain trails, walk out of the Lodges complex ski locker room right to the mountain!!

Guests have access to one covered parking space. But with the location of this condo and the free transit bus stop right outside the door, a car is optional.
Park City`s Free transit system will take you anywhere you need to go in Park City.

Please do not bring skis or poles in the house.
Please do not wear ski boots in the house.
Please do not smoke in or around the property. There is absolutely no smoking allowed and your deposit will be forfeited if there is any sign of smoking.
Please remove shoes when entering the home.
There are no pets allowed.
Please be courteous of the neighbors. Quiet time is from 10PM to 7AM.

We stayed at this unit, it’s very clean and super easy to access the snow ski lifts. Amy and Tiffany are wonderful, they shared helpful information and made our stay very pleasant.

This location can’t be beat! It was ski in/ski out & very close to downtown Park City. It had great amenities & Amy was a great host & communicated well with us. Would definitely recommend & stay again!

Yearly family ski trip in Park City

My family of 5 have been traveling to Park City every Presidents weekend for the past five years. This condo in The Lodges is our favorite so far! The location (true ski in-ski out) and amenities are unbeatable, and the unit is well-stocked, clean and tastefully decorated. We highly recommend it!!

Great Stay

The condo was a perfect location and wonderful space for a friend ski trip. The space was great for groups allowing a large shared space but also plenty of private space as well. The hosts were incredibly responsive with all questions and concerns. Would love to stay here again and highly recommend!

Wonderful ski-in, ski-out condo

Our family had a wonderful stay here! It was the perfect location for getting on the slopes very quickly and also for dropping off our grandchild at ski school. Amy was a great hostess--she answered all of our questions very quickly and was very helpful with recommendations that were needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Yearly guys ski trip

Very convenient location for skiing, shops, and restaurants. The building is showing a bit of its age, but overall we were very pleased with the accommodations. No drama or problems with VRBO logistics.

Awesome Location - Family Friendly

We were able to gather 3 generations from across the country to stay at this lovely condo which is truly ski-in, ski-out. The condo was clean and well stocked, everything from the pool and ski lockers was easy to access. YKids had a blast hanging out in the loft area with an amazing view. The host communicated well and even accommodated some travel issues on our end graciously. We would definitely stay again.

Couldn't be a better location

Slopsize is awesome and this condo unit has a great layout. We were seven and baby and very comfortable for an extended stay. The apartment is well furnished and clean. Amy was quick to respond to any request and the info packet has everything you need. Can't say enough good things about our stay in PC and at the mountain lodge!

Great Condo and Hosts

My family loved our time at the base of the Park City mountain/adventure park! The condo was just as advertised, super clean, and wonderfully equipped. We loved the pool/hot tub area of the building on the warm summer days. The bus stop just outside the building made it a quick and free ride into Main Street restaurants/shops. Also, the hosts were very attentive and responsive before and during our stay, which helped us have a seamless trip. Thanks for helping us have a great time in the mountains!

Very convenient!

Our family of grandparents, parents and kids had a wonderful stay in this condo. It could not have been more convenient. The locker room and proximity to slopes and stores made this trip very easy. The condo itself was well appointed with plenty of towels/linens/humidifiers and kitchen essentials. Amy and Tiffany provided a comprehensive guide prior to our arrival that was very helpful!

Great Time!

We just spent 4 nights at the condo and it was perfect for our family of 8. You can’t get closer to Pay Day lift - the entrance to the condo is right next to the ice rink. My boys could ski back, leave their snowboards in the locker and take the elevator up to the condo. The unit was clean and comfortable - not fancy, but perfect for me and my four boys. Tiffany and Amy were great to work with and were super attentive. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

Amazing Condo

This place is amazing! It has everything you could need and the location is ideal! We received all of the check in/out information and it was a breeze. We had our family of 4 plus 2 grandparents and the condo was perfect! There was plenty of room. The condo is so convenient to skiing, ski lockers, rentals, restaurants, shops. We hopped on the free shuttle to town. The kids loved the upstairs bedroom and swam in the pool everyday. We also loved the ski related detail and the coat/helmet hangers were a HIT!! :) We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, we’ll equipped ski-in, ski- out condo

Lovely condo at the base of the Park City ski area. Perfect for a multi-generational family ski experience. We’ll equipped kitchen with a great living and dining area. Lots of puzzles and board games for good old-fashioned family fun. Grandparents have a comfortable downstairs bedroom and bath. The Jackson’s Base Camp ski shop in the unit offers amazing service at a most reasonable price. The upstairs bedrooms for the kids and grandkids were just great - a washer and dryer were provided in the condo. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

Another Amazing Stay!

This was our second year in a row renting this place and we will be back again next year! You cannot beat the location for skiing - so easy to get to the lifts, ski school, all the shops and great for coming home for lunch. There is plenty of room for our 4 adults and 3 kids! The kids room even has a cool bonus are for them to play. The kitchen is fully stocked making cooking and eating in so easy. Amy and Tiffany are the best! They are so great with communication and they have everything you could possibly need laid out in their guidebook. Just make sure to read it all carefully (unlike me) and only park on P4! Cannot wait to stay here again next year!

Amazing stay!

We had such an incredible time in Park City and this was the perfect place to stay! We were 2 families with 4 adults and 3 kids and the house was perfect for us. Amy & Tiffany are the best hosts and had everything ready and spotless for us when we arrived. They send you a guidebook with everything you could possibly need to know ahead of time which was so helpful. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner and there are tons of options for dining out close-by. There have lots of games stocked for the family to play. The upstairs room with the queen and twin bed combo is fantastic for the kids. Our kids loved hanging out on the beanbags in the mini loft next to the windows. You cannot beat the location for skiing. They have ski lockers downstairs to store your equipment and then you head out the door straight to the mountain. Ski school, ticket window and lifts are all right there. It's also super easy to go home for lunch instead of going to a lodge. We cannot recommend this place enough. We already want to book again for next year.

Great condo in great location!!!

The condo was perfect for my family of 8. It had all essentials needed. Location was perfect. We had 1 issue with hot water, and our host came out and fixed the issue themselves promptly. Would definitely rent again.

Perfect location

The lodge at mountain village is steps away from the slopes. its right in the middle of shops and restaurants too. you can catch the bus to Main Street for free right outside the condo. This condo has a great area for the kids to hang upstairs and an extra half bath downstairs which came in handy. we had everything we needed, great stay and a decent price would def stay here again
