This condo is located in the beautiful resort style community of Isla Del Sol, just off St. Pete Beach. This 2 br, 2 ba condo is very spacious and stocked with everything you need. Located within two miles of two of TripAdvisor's top five U.S. beaches, your tropical resort experience is only 15 minutes from all that St. Pete's vibrant downtown has to offer: incredible restaurants and attractions. Or stay close and enjoy fishing and boating. Cleaned and disinfected between guests. The HOA requires a 17 day advanced notice prior to check-in for guest. This allows for plenty of time for parking passes to be issued, created and ready for pick up during check-in.

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure to lock the sliding glass door (insert stick in track) and pull the front door closed as you're exiting (to ensure the deadbolt catches)
Place any pool tags on the key rack located in the entrance of the kitchen
If any furnishings have been relocated, please put them back on their proper place.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guest registration is required by HOA at least 17 days in advance of check-in.
Do not tamper with security equipment. There are outdoor cameras both at the front door and back door of the unit.
Thermostat can only be adjusted within the ranges of 68 and 80 degrees

We had a wonderful stay. Property was beautiful and as described . Host Daniel and Kelly were very responsive to questions. Kitchen was well stocked with the essentials. Nice retirement community. Close drive to Pass A Grille beach. Traveled with my 80 year mom who has accessibility issues but she was quite comfortable.

Perfect location for a fabulous vacation

Property is gorgeous. The condo was so clean, decorated so nice and had everything we needed. Close to a beautiful pool, many restaurants, stores, etc.

Isla del Sol

This is such a beautifully decorated condo in a quiet, pretty complex close to everything we wanted to do while in St Pete. The condo was spacious with comfortable beds and so many extras available to make for a great place to stay. I would highly recommend this property and hope to return soon!

Annual Fall Vacation

The condo is close to St. Pete beach where we like to vacation. Was perfect for the small group that was there (3 total). Property is in a nice location and overall we had a good experience. There were a couple minor issues that were resolved very quickly by the owners. Would stay there again in the future.

Perfect location!

This is a great property! The condo was clean and had all the necessities! A great deal of thought went in to making sure there isn’t anything you have to run out and get the day you arrive. The pool is beautiful at this property, and for runners or walkers- the journey to the gulf is a great and scenic workout.

Great Location

This was a perfect location for our family as we were moving our daughter into school. We wanted a family vacation combined with our daughter’s move into college. This was a great location for both, close to school and beach. The owner was very responsive to us with any issues we had. We will definitely try to use this property again while our daughter is in school!

Our host Daniel and Kelly were the nicest people, so quick to help us with a few questions we had about our stay. Our condo and this location is gorgeous to say the least!! The condo was spotless and the pool was sparkling clean just a few steps away from the front door. The people we met there were so friendly and made us feel like family. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Excellent Property

The unit was beautifully decorated and contained many essentials. We arrived late from a long day of flying and we’re thrilled that we didn’t have to head to the store immediately for staples. The proximity to the pool and beach can’t be beat. Our grandson appreciated the beach toys!

Month in the SUN

Vitamin Sea is a very nice and well kept condo. The condo is is well stocked with supplies for the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and laundry. Great location to fabulous beaches, Fort Desoto, Pass Grill, and Tampa/St. Petersburg area. The area is quiet, the grounds are beautiful with a great pool area. Kelly was easy to communicate with and responded to questions promptly.

Lovely Property

We loved our stay! Great location near St Pete beaches, Pass-A-Grille beach and our favorite Fort DeSoto beaches. Swimming pool was 100 steps from our door (yes, I counted). Condo was clean and comfortable with many small touches that made our trip easier ….. hairdryer, paper products, coffee, beach chairs/umbrellas/wagon, etc. Very attentive host who responded quickly before and during trip. Highly recommend.

Second Time-Still Very Pleased

This was the second time that my wife and I have stayed at Kelly's Condo. The Condo is exactly as described and then some. Very clean, well appointed. Area is very safe, 24/7 security. Pool is well kept and very clean. We have already booked a 3rd time to head back down. Communication with Kelly is very quick and she tends to any needs that you have.

Fabulous St. Pete condo!

We are loving this condo – so much so that we booked another week while we were still here! It is a spacious unit with comfortable and chic decor. From the furniture and comfy beds to the accents and special touches, it feels very friendly, welcoming and luxe. We have enjoyed watching the sunset from the back patio, which also has a great water view of some of Isla del Sol's lovely ponds. There is a beautiful pool with a hot tub just steps away; we've had a great time noodling in the pool as Kelly's stocked outdoor closet is supplied with lots of goodies for outdoor fun. The kitchen is fully stocked as well - including Keurig & coffees and a Vitamix. The TV with many streaming channels and a super sound system is an awesome feature. We also really appreciate all the extra amenities including soaps, paper towels, detergent and more. Also being able to park right outside the front door and having a touch keypad are great conveniences as well. The location is close to St. Pete beaches, charming Pass-a-Grille, downtown St. Pete, and is not far from the Tampa area and airport. It is also perfect for families visiting students at Eckerd College just down the road. Kelly is a very attentive host and her Vista Verde condo in Isla del Sol is a fabulous place for an enjoyable St. Pete stay. We look forward to returning in the future!

Great Spot!

My wife and I rented this unit in November of 2022. Great spot. Centrally located to all amenities. The condo itself is spotless. Has everything you will need. Beach and water toys (not that we used them) but it is well appointed. We only used the master bedroom but that bed was very comfortable. We are staying there again in March 2023 and cant wait. Found a great little Italian Restaurant on the Gulf, Buono. Has a patio that overlooks the water and the food was fantastic.

Second Great Stay!

This was our second time staying at Kelly's fabulous condo. It is so well-stocked with everything from coffee to soap to paper towels and just about everything else you need., including beach/pool stuff, chairs, coolers, etc. The living area is extremely comfortable and so are the beds. The location is great - very close to the beach, stores, and even downtown. The community is beautiful, the pool is great, and parking is right out front. Kelly is super responsive and helpful. We look forward to staying here again.

Absolutely perfect!

First, the location was perfect for our family. It is a five minute drive to St. Pete Beach or Pass-a-Grill Beach. The condo was spotless. It was stocked with more than enough towels, pillows and blankets. Kelly even left a bar of soap in each bathroom AND laundry detergent. This was a lifesaver as our flight was delayed over five hours and we did not get to the condo until late. We were able to wash up and head to bed without worrying about making a trip to the store. The complex is beautiful. The pool is heated and was clean. We were able to sit on the back porch and look at the pond out back. Security was ever present making us feel safe. Again, the location was perfect for our family. The area was quiet and there was never any traffic. There was a wonderful coffee shop within walking distance. There is a Publix and a CVS about 5 minutes away. Everything we had planned to do was within a 15 minute drive or less. We went to Shell Key for a day and we were able to take the cooler and chairs that Kelly provided. It was nice not to have to buy chairs or other beach supplies. There was also an umbrella that could be used. Communication with Kelly was quick and easy. We had no issues and we very happy with our stay. Check in was simple. It was so nice to not have to worry about cleanliness, safety or traffic during our stay. Our family would stay at this condo again. We are already talking about when we will be back. Thank you Kelly for being a wonderful host!

Wonderful 3 weeks

Communication with Kelly was easy, fast and helpful. Check in was seamless. My husband and I worked from the condo for three weeks and were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bathrooms were stocked. There were even beach things for us to use. The amenities were well thought out and very useful, which is not always the case in a vrbo. We would love to stay again in the future.

The Perfect Getaway

House apoears to be professionally decorated. Clean, didn't see one bug. Comfy bed, close to the water. Conscious owner who left many staples so tenant didnt have to stock up on basics. I would stay there again in a heartbeat
