The Space:
This three-story villa combines effortless beach charm with spacious living and thoughtful amenities throughout. The home features three private bedroom suites, including one bedroom and full bath on the first floor and two king master suites with private bathrooms on the third floor. The main living area and half bath are located on the second floor, creating a comfortable layout for families and groups.
The fully stocked kitchen includes everything needed for cooking and gathering, along with a coffee maker, washer and dryer, gas grill, and comfortable indoor and outdoor seating areas. The balcony overlooking the coastal lake is perfect for morning coffee or sunset cocktails.
Guests enjoy complimentary use of three bikes, beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, and a sun shade, saving hundreds on beach rentals during your stay. The community pool is located just steps from the back door, making it easy to relax while still keeping an eye on the kids from either of the home’s two decks.
A 6-seat lithium-powered golf cart with stereo and Bluetooth is available for guest use and is currently included free for the next couple of 2026 bookings. After promotional bookings, the golf cart is available to rent at a discounted guest rate.
Located directly by South Walton’s deeded beach access with no stairs, getting to the sand is effortless and convenient.
We love pets and welcome well-behaved dogs to join your stay. A dog bed is provided, and we simply ask that pets stay off furniture or that towels are used to help protect the home.
For families traveling with young children, a pack-n-play and high chair are also included.
To help maintain a clean and comfortable environment, HEPA air filters are replaced monthly and the home is thoroughly cleaned after every stay.

Guests will have access to the entire home, community pool, outdoor spaces, and beach amenities.
The beach access is flat and located just a short walk away, making it easy to carry chairs, coolers, and beach gear. Parking is available for two vehicles, along with one additional non-overnight guest parking space.
The Neighborhood:
Casa Mimosa 2 is located in a quiet 12-home community in Santa Rosa Beach along scenic 30A. The neighborhood offers a peaceful setting just steps from one of the least crowded beach accesses in the area.
Guests can easily walk, bike, or golf cart to the beach, nearby restaurants, coffee shops, and local attractions. The community pool is located directly behind the home, less than 50 feet away, and the area is ideal for families, bike rides, and evening walks with your dog.
Getting Around:
Three bikes are included with your stay, making it easy to explore scenic 30A and nearby beach towns.
A 6-seat golf cart with stereo and Bluetooth is also available and currently included free for the next couple of 2026 bookings. The home offers parking for two cars or SUVs, plus one additional daytime guest parking space.

The location of the property was perfect for our family. Close to the beach and the strip, but house tucked away in the corner so away from the busy side of it.
Everything was as advertised. Only way it could have been better was if the weather had cooperated. Place was perfect and owners were very accommodating throughout.
We had the best time on our vacation and this house had a lot to do with it. The house is very nice. The golf cart was a game changer too. The location was great too.

Felt like photos looks a lot nicer than property was, felt overpriced.
We love this eastern lake area and the beaches near. The golf cart was a great bonus which made it nice to go to dinner or store and never need car. We liked the unit being on the end with nice views too. Great communication from property manager too.
We really enjoyed our stay, this place has everything you need for a care free vacation. Not only the house is very comfortable and accommodating, having an electric cart, beach chairs and bikes are the extras that make a huge difference. The house is in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, and the whole area of Santa Rosa is beautiful. The beach is beautiful, the water is crystal clear.
FIVE STAR RENTAL!! The house accommodated our family perfectly. Owner was responsive and communicated as needed. Golf cart was perfect for getting around, a must. Everything was nearby, especially the beach!! Would stay again!!
A beautiful home completely renovated. Quiet and tucked away yet close to beach. The walk to the beach with our dog was so much fun! Plenty of beach toys and chairs to use. If we come back to Florida, this is the place I will book. The owners were very helpful when we had questions. Thank you for a great stay!
We had a great vacation and loved the location of this property. Centrally located to all the different beach towns on 30a without being in congested area. It is very close to a couple of beaches yet tucked away in its own area so is quiet and peaceful. This was perfect for our furry family members so could walk on grounds as plenty of green space for them. The golf cart to get around was a great bonus as we used most nights for going to dinner. The hosts were fabulous as easy communication and booking process. We discovered issue on first night and they were very responsive in fixing the next day and buying dinner for the inconvenience.Will definitely stay here again!
The home was beautiful, and there was wonderful communication with the owner. It met our needs well. We were under the impression that there was parking at the beach, but there was not.
This condo offered amazing views and a quiet stay. Our master bed was very comfortable. TVs - smart and in great working order. The golf cart made trips to the beach easy and pleasant.
Since this is a corner unit, it is very quiet. The entire area around condo has lots of trees so it feels less congested than other stays along 30a. Thanks for a great visit !
We loves the property! Had a great stay! My only issue was the stairs. 3 levels. I knew that going in, but was really hard on my knees. I'm getting older so may not be an issue if you are younger. Definitely not a bad review or owners problem. Just FYI, if bringing aging relatives with you.
Amazing property and amazing hosts! We have only positives to share about our stay. The description they provide is very accurate.A few highlights:- We are forever grateful they allowed us to check-in early, even though we were in busy season.- Very responsive to questions.- Everything was in pristine condition and condo has great layout for big families.- The beach access situation is one of the bests we have encountered in the area. Given how close you are to the beach, and with the provided bikes / golf cart, it is really simple to get everyone there with all you need for a long day.- The views of the lake and the ocean you get from the top balcony are breathtaking. We were fortunate to experience it during a full moon. It is very serene and you can hear the waves crashing in the distance mixed with all the nature sounds typical of a wooded area.- Neighborhood feels very safe if you have kids, very secluded and not a lot of traffic.Penny and Bill, thank you once again for hosting us!
This home is an oasis! Overlooking Deer Lake was so beautiful! We love gulf front but when taking a family vacay, gulf front can get pretty pricey. This home is affordable and the lake view and private pool for the Mar a Largo community was such a nice alternative. And the beach access is so close and easy with the golf cart. It was so peaceful and quite here. Owners were great to work with and responsive, made check in super easy! Even offered the golf cart early so we could grab lunch before house was cleaned and ready for us. Pet friendly is a bonus, harder to find on 30a and still have a clean, updated, and nicely decorated place. And all rooms have King beds!!!! And really comfy beds!!!! Nothing bad to say about this place...it was the perfect home away from home!

This property had everything as listed on VRBO. It was beautiful and comfortable. We had 4 adults and two small kiddos. The AC worked excellent. LOVE the golf cart, it is a game changer. We were able to cart to the beach, food trucks, Publix and the Big Chill without issues. The pool was perfect. We had it to ourselves most of the week, and was always clean. The window coverings were perfect for keeping the heat out when the Sun was shining in. We found pool in the am and beach in the pm worked better, since parking is limited at the beach (no fault of the owner). Even though our week started rocky (my spouse locked the doors and we couldn’t get back in), the owner was most helpful and understanding of our mistake. We even had visitors a couple of mornings (frogs on the windows) I would 100% stay here again!

House was just okay. House needs a deep clean. Had to wash every pot and pan before using. Grill needs to be replaced or cleaned and new brush to scrap crates. For what I paid I honestly expected alot more. With it not being clean what are they missing. Balconies need a good pressure wash. Also the beach access is close but there are maybe 10 spots to park and if you park anywhere else you get a ticket (125). You can ride bikes which are provided but no way to carry beach stuff. Beach area is small due to private beach signs and they will warn then fine if you go past them and set up.
This property is wonderful.
The house is beautiful, spacious, clean, and has everything for a great beach vacation. The golf cart is a huge plus.
We owners are very helpful and easy to communicate with.

I fell in love with 30A twenty years ago. Love a place I could bring my three amazing sons, let them play, roam around. Stayed at maybe 20 different places over that time. Feel like those stays have guided me to equip, furnish the home in a way you'll also love.
Why they chose this property
We've been coming to 30A for 20 plus years. One of our favorite safe places left in America to travel. Can drop the kids at the beach, let them roam, walk back to the house and never miss a beat. As for this property, bring the kids, the dog and another family. Easy walk to the beach, secluded safe neighborhood, yet right in the heart of 30A. You'll love being able to sit on one of three balconies, watch the kids play in the pool or yard area. Have a nice glass of wine of the living or master balcony, hear the waves roll in.
What makes this property unique
Amazing quiet neighborhood right off 30A. Golf cart to beach, Seaside, HUB and Rosemary. From our house it's short walk or bike ride to beach access. THERE ARE ZERO steps to walk up or down when you get to beach. Very few properties on 30A offer this.
