Summary:
All remaining 2025 golf cart included in all 4 night rentals. .625 miles of beach access and usage for chairs etc.
6 Seat lithium power Golf cart. Awesome tunes, great to load and head to the beach
PARNETS; QUIT LOOKING!!! Moms and dads become Sherpa's on 30A. Lugging chairs, coolers, kids, toys to the beach is a pain. Same with coming home. NOT HERE. OUR Beach access will make your vacation. ZERO STEPS to walk up or down, simply step onto the beach from the street.
The Space:
three story villa. 3 amazing bedroom and bath suites. One bed and bathroom on bottom floor. Main living and 1/2 bath on second. Two king master bedrooms/bath on third floor. Total of 2 staircases.
New 6 seat lithium powered golf cart avail. for rent. Rates are much much lower than retailers. We provide 4 newer bikes for free. 4-6 newer beach chairs and solar tent shade for free. Saves hundreds by not having to rent beach chairs or umbrella. All newer linens, mattresses and pillows. Kitchen fully stocked, coffee (kureug) washer/dryer, gas grill. Community pool right out our back door, literally 35 feet.
WE LOVE PETS. Bring your well-behaved pooch. Just ask you to keep him/her off the couches and beds. If that's too hard to take, place a towel under your special critter please. We do provide doggy bed too.
We provide a pack-n-play and high chair for the youngsters.
We replace HEPA filters monthly.
Guest Access:
Beach parking is 450 ft from beach. We offer a golf cart for rental. Beach access is flat
The Neighborhood:
Secluded 12 home community within 2000 feet of the most amazing non-crowded beach and beach access on 30A. Short walk, bike ride or golf cart to the beach. Neighborhood pool right out the back door, less than 50 feet away. Watch your kids from two decks. Great to walk your dog too.
Getting Around:
Parking for two cars/SUV's. Also one non-overnight spots for day guests. Corner/end home in neighborhood, extremely safe for young kiddos.
Other Things to Note:
We've thought of everything you'll need. Enjoy 3 bikes, beach chairs, sun shade, cooler and beach towels all provided. Kitchen is fully stocked with all you will need to cook with. Pool is steps away and we also have a 6 seater golf cart with stereo and blue tooth available for rent.

I fell in love with 30A twenty years ago. Love a place I could bring my three amazing sons, let them play, roam around. Stayed at maybe 20 different places over that time. Feel like those stays have guided me to equip, furnish the home in a way you'll also love.
Why they chose this property
We've been coming to 30A for 20 plus years. One of our favorite safe places left in America to travel. Can drop the kids at the beach, let them roam, walk back to the house and never miss a beat. As for this property, bring the kids, the dog and another family. Easy walk to the beach, secluded safe neighborhood, yet right in the heart of 30A. You'll love being able to sit on one of three balconies, watch the kids play in the pool or yard area. Have a nice glass of wine of the living or master balcony, hear the waves roll in.
What makes this property unique
Amazing quiet neighborhood right off 30A. Golf cart to beach, Seaside, HUB and Rosemary. From our house it's short walk or bike ride to beach access. THERE ARE ZERO steps to walk up or down when you get to beach. Very few properties on 30A offer this.
