Seagrove Beach offers an eclectic mix of charming accommodations and upscale resorts, numerous galleries and boutiques, along with funky beach bars and unique gift shops, and is one of 30-a's most highly demanded areas.
Included with the house are portable beach chairs, bikes, and a six seater Gem Cart**

**Golf cart rental is not guaranteed. Should the golf cart need to be serviced a back up golf cart will not be provided and no compensation will be given.
** Renter responsible for lost or stolen bikes
** Pets allowed on case by case basis. Should be under 50 pounds, hypoallergenic, crate and potty trained for additional pet fee.

This place was perfect. The location was great, the house is spacious, and lays out perfectly for twoFamilies to each have a master and the kids stay in the bunk room. Unfortunately, while we were here it was either raining or in the 30’s so we didn’t get to use the MASSIVE pool, but we spent a lot of time in the hot tub. The host was very accommodating for us as well, again, it was 10 out of 10 and we are definitely coming back here to stay next time we are in Seaside!The host also has a bunch of bikes and a golf cart for rent as well. They just make it so easy to show up and enjoy yourself!

This home was wonderful in every way. The floor plan was excellent with very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool was perfect and very private. Our dog loved the fenced in backyard. Scott was very accommodating and always available to answer questions quickly. We would definitely like to rent it again on our return to Santa Rosa Beach.

This was our third summer staying at this home, and we couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend it for any family looking for a relaxing getaway. The neighborhood is peaceful, and it’s just a short, easy walk to the beach. During our stay, the beach access was never crowded, which made it even more enjoyable. The private pool was a great bonus after a full day in the sun. The host is fantastic and dedicated to making sure your stay is perfect!

Perfect vaca!

This was the perfect house for my family. We wanted a quiet neighborhood but close to the beach and Seaside which was exactly where this property is located. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The golf cart was a huge plus with a toddler. 10/10 recommend!

We will definitely be back. We have stayed at another house owned by Mr. Nagy and loved it. This one was perfect as it was one story. The pool was huge and provided a ton of fun. The golf cart is a huge bonus, and there are plenty of bikes. Public beach access is a short walk or golf ride away. We have stayed at a ton of places in Seagrove, and this little neighborhood has become our favorite.

This home was great! It was everything it advertised to be. Very responsive owner, within minutes. Pool was amazing. Home was very clean . Grandchildren loved riding bikes in neighborhood. Perfect Beach home

We could not ask for a better host and home. The house is very spacious and clean. It had everything we needed and more. The pool was so nice! We didn’t even want to go eat out. We enjoyed the outdoor space and home throughout. The host was responsive and cooperative. We will be back!

Nice beach home in a nice neighborhood!

A beach style home in a nice neighborhood close to the beach. The pool, hot tub and outside deck areas are highlights of the home and we used them daily. Hot tub jets are very loud and take some getting used to but it works well. Overall, the home was clean and comfortable. The home could use more shelving in the bedrooms and you have to live out of your suitcase for the stay. Kitchen pantry could use more shelving as well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect 30A Vacation

This is the second summer in a row we stayed at this house. The house is in a perfect location off 30A. The huge pool was perfect for the kids to cool off after going to the beach. The hot tub was great as well. Scott is one of the best property managers I have ever worked with on VRBO. He made sure everything was perfect for our stay. We look forward to coming back next summer!

Wonderfully house and location

We rent in Seagrove every year. This has been one of our favorite houses. It has everything you need and a great location. It’s an easy walk to the beach. The pool and hot tub are amazing. The golf cart was a plus but the brakes are bad. Over all it was an amazing experience and would love to stay here again.

I have always loved Seagrove and my family has lived or owned here since the 1980s. I now own four houses here and feel there is no better place on 30a to enjoy the best of everything it has to offer. It's just close enough to be convenient but not in all the traffic and noise. We also have the highest elevations, the quietest and open beaches, beautiful Live Oaks, and located right in the center of highway 30a within a mile of Seaside. I am a full time resident and take pride in providing a very high level of service to my guests that most property management companies cannot compete with. I take very good care of my properties and refresh them annually and try to make sure everything is in good working order.

Why they chose this property

I just got this house in 2018 and completely renovated it including walls, new flooring, paint, appliances, counter tops, cabinets, every hinge and piece of hardware, and all new furnishings and linens. The back yard is huge and so is the pool. Very quiet place and very close to everything.
