The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Start a load of sheets and pillowcases on the quick cycle. Please leave comforters and blankets in the bedrooms.
Make sure to take all the trash with you and put on dumpster. We have to keep the cabin trash free to avoid mice! Text our cleaner at (435) 592-9655 to let her know when you have left.
During the winter months, please do not turn the central heat off. The air should be kept at 55 degrees so the pipes don’t freeze. You can turn off the space heaters in the basement. Thanks! 🙏🏼

Great cabin in the beautiful surroundings of Brian head. Derrick is an excellent host and has set up the cabin to be comfortable, and perfect for a large group spending time together.

Great house for are family. There are plenty of things for the teenagers to do in the downstairs. We liked the kitchen and great room for adults to visit and play games. Bathrooms are very nice. Very comfortable house for all family members.

The house was perfect for a large multi-generational family. The teenagers and kids loved the bunk-room and game room. The kitchen, dining and living room provided a lot of room for family time. Some of the parents had to log-in for work and being able to send the kids down to the game room for a couple of hours made things easy! The fire pit was perfect for hanging out and making s’mores. The host was easy to reach when we had questions or needed help.

Beautiful cabin close to the slops

Family and friends stayed 3 nights at the cabin. Beautiful, clean and a lot of amenities. Perfect for kids, lots of games to keep them busy. New cabin, lots of upgrades done to the kitchen and bathrooms. Very nice views from the living room. Would definitely go back.

Beautiful Property

This house is perfect for a larger group. Everything was clean and organized, the owner was quick to respond to any questions we had, and the location was close to the ski resort. It wasn't a realistic ski in/ski out for us with young kids, but if you're okay walking on the road it could be an option. We would definitely book this house again!

Wonderful spacious cabin

We had 3 families stay here. Perfect location and cabin was nice. Kids enjoyed the game room. Everyone enjoyed the massage chair. Host was great at communicating with us. Would stay here again. Little bit of a walk to slopes but not bad, just wasn’t ideal with the younger kids at the end of the day. We ended up driving, which isn’t far and parking was easy.

Great cabin. The host was amazing, and even let us check in a little early. Sent someone right over when we couldn't figured out the hot tub controls. Everyone loved the game room, the hot tub, the awesome tubs in the bathrooms. The massage chair was awesome. TVs in every bedroom, including the game room. Loved the fire pit, and the fact that there was wood. My kids loved that there were sleds, but there was no snow. I was kinda sad that we didn't need to build a fire in the house, because that would've been nice. The kitchen was perfect, lots of seating. Nice that there was a rice cooker, crock pot, blender. Beds were comfortable. Lots of towels. There was a baby gate for the stairs that we definitely used. Lots of throw blankets. I personally loved the Christmas tree. Husband and son in laws liked the deck and BBQ. We had a lot of people and it fit us pretty well. My little kids and my granddaughter loved the playset hidden in the trees. It was pretty cool and different. Definitely build by someone who knew kids.

Wonderful Cabin for Large Group

Our stay at this cabin was great! Plenty of room for our four families. Well decorated and put together. Everything still seems pretty new, and works great.The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Very accommodating with a later check out since no one was coming in after us. Beds were comfortable. Tv's and additional portable heater/ac units in each room were nice. Kitchen is spacious, and stocked pretty well. Plenty of seating at the table and island. Game room and massage chair were enjoyed by many! Ski in/ski out was just right down the road, so worked pretty well for us with the recent snow. Wifi worked great and there is plenty of parking. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was perfect for our three families, could definitely fit four families comfortably. This house offers a lot of amenities. They have plenty of cooking utensils. You will not need to go out to eat, they have all of the supplies to cook at home. The kids enjoyed hanging in the basement playing all of the games available. The only thing I would add is, it is not really a ski in ski out. We drove to the mountain everyday, which is a very short drive. Only about 3 minutes. But if you are looking for ski in ski out, this is a stretch. Beautiful home, would definitely come back, they go above and beyond to make you feel at home.

Absolutely beautify cabin! Great design for large family gatherings. Such great kitchen space. Lovely furnishings & great sleeping arrangements. Bathrooms & kitchen area very clean. I don’t want to be negative but I think maybe the owner shoul look into a better care taker. Delivered Packages left out side for sometime . Good thing it was cool no air conditioning would work in any room thank heaven for the fans. And speaking of fans the one in the living room is caked with so much dust it’s unbelievable. The massage chair was broken & the wonderful game room I’m sure had not been cleaned in some time. It’s too wonderful of a place to be in that condition. The main floor bedroom closet was covered in dust balls & hair. Believe it or not I’m not a complainer, but you just need to get you a better cleaning staff. Thank heavens the bathrooms & kitchens were so sparkling clean. Your cabin is wonderful & was much enjoyed. I would haveliked to have given a straight 5 star. But you didn’t even know I was coming when I emailed & asked for an address & key code to get in. I had to send my confirmation & proof of payment. A little frightening when I had my kids & grandkids traveling long distances to get here .
