Les Clèves: Small chalet "Le Ruisseau", 3 storeys, renovated in 2015. Outside the resort, 1.2 km from the centre, 30 m from the skiing area, 20 m from the stream. Private: natural garden 500 m2. Bumpy, steep motor access to 50 m from the house, except in winter 150 m. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. 100 m steep footpath (40 steps) to the house. Parking space n 10 (in winter) at 150 m. Shop 1.5 km, restaurant 200 m, bakery 1 km, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, bif. Le Déserteur" 1.4 km, railway station "Sion" 17.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 1.2 km. Tennis 1.2 km, skisport facilities 300 m, ice rink 1 km, children's playground 1 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz 4 Vallées Tracouet 10 m. Hiking paths: Le bisse Vieux 300 m. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.
"Le Ruisseau", 3-room chalet 74 m2 on 3 levels. Fully renovated in 2015, beautiful furnishings: small living room with Scandinavian wood stove, dining nook and cable TV. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. Electric heating. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 children's room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Shower/WC. Top floor: open gallery with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 150 cm with DVD. Small balcony 8 m2, north facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Very beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Petit chalet avec vue

Un joli petit chalet au bord des pistes très pratique pour aller skier. Le chalet est correctement équipé meme si on apprécierait une petite enceinte Bluetooth pour écouter de la musique. a noter l’accès difficile surtout en hiver par un chemin étroit très raide, et la place de parc assez loin.

im Winter ist das Gepäck vom Parkplatz zum Haus ca 300 Meter Berg-hoch zu tragen, die Treppe war komplett vereist. Die Unterkunft selber ist sehr gepflegt und einwandfrei eingerichtet. Man kann als guter Skifahrer von der Piste bis ans Haus fahren(Tiefschnee)

Chalet Nendaz Ski in/out

Toll renovierte Küche und Untergeschoss( mit Badezimmer und zwei Schlafzimmern). Man hat 50 m zu Fuß zur piste. Entfernung zum Einkauf und Restaurants allerdings etwas zu weit um zu laufen. Gepäck muss 50m bergauf getragen werden.

Toegangsweg châlet

In het agentschap werd ons gevraagd of we met een 4x4 rijden? Eenmaal op parking nr 10, zijn we te voet met valiezen en zakken naar de châlet gestapt. Dan begon de “ horror “! De weg was lang, glad omwille van kleine losse steentjes en heel steil! We willen via deze reactie benadrukken dat rijden tot aan de châlet ALLEEN mogelijk is met een 4x4. Onze buren hebben dat bevestigd. Dat heel belangrijk gegeven wordt NIET op jullie site vermeld! Heel erg te betreuren! Vandaar onze ontgoocheling!

Magnifique vue

Tout petit chalet au calme, on se sent très à l'étroit avec 2 enfants. Canapé et table en piteux état! Manque un micro-ondes, une machine à café à capsules et quelques couverts en plus. L'accès au chalet nécessite un 4x4. Heureusement que la vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique.

Nettes kleines Chalet an der Piste

Wir fanden ein kuscheliges Haus vor, indem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Zur Piste mussten wir zehn Meter nach oben gehen, da ein Zaun des Nachbarn die direkte Verbindung behinderte. Auf Skiern zum Haus zurück muss man die rote Piste nehmen. Das Badezimmer unten ist modern. Im oberen Wohnbereich gibt es noch ein Duschbad. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden. Eine neue Kaffeemaschine (evt. Nespresso) sowie eine neue Musikanlage (ca. 30 Jahre alt) wären schön. Zugang zum Haus ist steil.

Top haus schön renoviert unterer schlafbereich. Ein wenig gläser dafür viele tassen. Zugang mit altem schnee zu fuss sehr erschwert! Zufahrt mit ski möglich trotz nachbargrundstücke einzäunung.

Hervorzuheben: Im Juli bis um 20:30 Sonne auf dem Sitzplatz. Erwähnenswert/vereinfacht das Packen: Föhn vorhanden, Geschirrspülmittel und -tabs vorhanden. Auffahrt geht wirklich nur mit einem 4x4, und nur im Sommer.

Abwicklungen elektronisch und vor Ort waren einwandfrei. Bei Rückfragen vor Reiseantritt über die Standard Interhome Telefonnummer lässt der Service massiv nach. Man bleibt oft in der Warteschleife und nach einer gewissen Zeit fällt man raus oder man wird mit jemandem verbunden der keine Ahnung hat. Schade. Ansonsten tip top. Auch würde ich die Location nur mit Auto empfehlen.

Super tolles Calet

Das Charlier ist liebevoll eingerichtet mit viel Charme. Top Lage direkt an der Piste: man schnallt an und ab vor dem Haus. Alles was man braucht ist dabei inklusive Raclette und Fondue set. Einziges Manko der nicht geräumt Weg vom Parkplatz zur Hütte (circa 200 m). War ein wenig schwierig all seine Klamotten und essen da hoch zu bringen. Ansonsten aber super empfehlenswert

Sehr gut ausgestattetes und gemütliches Haus oberhalb von Nendaz-Station. Die Aussicht vom kleinen Garten und aus allen Fenstern ist ein Traum! Freundlicher Empfang und alles super sauber. Das letzte Stück der Zufahrt ist sehr steil, hier kommt man nur mit einem entsprechenden Auto hoch, ansonsten parkt man einfach bequem in 150m. Wir haben das Haus und die vielen Wanderungen sehr genossen! TOP!
