Chalet "Lara". Outside the resort, 1.5 km from the centre. Private: garden. Steep motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Shop 1.1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, télécabine" 1.2 km, railway station "Sion" 17.7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km, walking paths from the house 300 m, gondola lift 1.1 km, ski bus stop 100 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz 4 Vallées 1 km. Hiking paths: bisse Vieux 300 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).
"Lara", 4-room chalet 94 m2 on 2 levels. Practical and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace and cable TV. Exit to the balcony, north facing position. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. Electric heating. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/WC. Balcony, north facing position, terrace, south facing position. Beautiful view of the valley. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars). Please note: non-smokers only.

Sehr gutes Ferienhaus, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die beiden Bäder und die 3 Schlafzimmer waren gut und nicht übertrieben ausgesattet. Küche und Wohnbereich inkl. Kamin waren sehr gut.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit kleinen Mängeln

Schönes Ferienhaus mit sehr guter Aussicht in die Berge und über das Tal. Die Küche ist älter, aber in gutem Zustand und es ist alles vorhanden. Die Betten sind in Ordnung und die Decken geben warm. Die Sofaecke könnte mal neue Sitzgelegenheiten vertragen, da das Sofa und die Stühle mit recht abgenutzten Überzügen ausgestattet ist. Das untere Badezimmer sollte auch eine Auffrischung bekommen, da es bei der Badewanne Schimmel hat und die Waschmaschine/Tumbler uralt sind.

Liegestühle haben gefehlt

Wir haben schöne Ferien im Haus Lara verbracht. Ruhige Lage mit prachtvoller Aussicht auf das Rohnetal. Schade, konnten wir die Liegewiese nicht richtig geniessen, da lediglich ein alter, klappriger Liegestuhl für 4 Personen vorhanden war (Totalbelegung 6 Pers.)! Der Wohn-/ Essbereich ist grosszügig gestaltet, Nespresso-Maschine steht zur Verfügung, TV hat leider nicht funktioniert! Die Nasszelle im EG und die Schlafzimmer im UG sind sehr eng.
