In the center of Istria - ideal place for a family

We - a family with several boys between 21 and 10 years old have enjoyed the vacation in this house very much. Already to welcome us in the middle of the night (due to the many traffic jams on arrival) the landlady brought us cold drinks and bread / sausage and so we had directly local products for dinner. She was super nice and was always available for us via phone/Whatsapp. She gave us recommendations for tours, shopping and restaurants. We can fully support all of her recommendations. The ideal place to switch off and relax - a wonderful night sky showed thousand stars. There was a great long-range view - in the evening you could see the sun set over the Mediterranean. Who was looking for party and pubs - may be wrong here - but for us as a retreat and at the same time starting point for various tours on the Istrian peninsula just ideal. In the village itself there were only a few houses, a cute dog and now and then a cow. That is why it is absolutely necessary to have a car available here - even the nearest grocery store was 3.5km away in the next village. The house was very clean and everything necessary was available. All rooms had separate air conditioning - each bedroom had its own bathroom. For the kids there was table football and lots of indoor and outdoor games - the pool was well maintained, clean and large for the whole family. Do not forget mosquito spray and long pants for the evening because of the mosquitoes in the evening.

Die beste Unterkunft die wir jemals hatten.Einen besseren Vermieter kann man nicht finden, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Kühlschrank war mit allem gefüllt was man die ersten Tage gebraucht hatte, wir werden sicher wieder kommen. Als Gäste gekommen und als Freunde abgereist, so haben wir uns gefühlt.
Auch unser Hund Emma hat sich wie zu Hause gefühlt

Waren letzte Woche für 2 Wochen in der Villa Ketrin. Was soll ich sagen? Dieses Haus war bisher das beste Haus, das wir seit mindestens 15 Urlauben in Istrien hatten. Martina und Ketrin sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, Kühlschrank war schon für den ersten Hunger bereits gefüllt. Lage sehr ruhig, aber das wollten wir. Man hört nur die Vögel zwitschern. Pool, Liegen und Sonnenschirme alles tip top. Rovinj und Porec in 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Mehrere Restaurants in der Nähe. Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen. Martina und Ketrin waren die besten Vermieter, die wir jemals in Istrien hatten. Wir kommen sicher nächstes Jahr wieder. 10 !

Ferienhaus in Ruhiger Lage

Wir wurden sehr freundlich, nach kurzer vorheriger Absprache begrüßt. Martina hat uns willkommen geheißt und das wichtigste in der Umgebung wie Supermarkt Speiselokale und Sehenswertes gezeigt. Sehr positiv überrascht waren wir von dem gefüllten Kühlschrank mit Wurst, Käse, Bier Cola, Wein, Mineralwasser, Milch, Brot. In der Küche haben wir nichts vermisst. Die nicht einsetzbare Kaffeemaschine wurde nach Rücksprache umgehend erneuert. Die Außenanlage zum Pool hin war in Ordnung und mit Liegen und Sitzecke schön eingerichtet. Was wir uns gewünscht hätten wären Fliegengitter an den Fenstern, um die Stechmücken wenigstens ein bisschen zu dezimieren. Die waren zum Teil sehr nervig. Die Zufahrt zum Eingangstor ist in einem sehr provisorischen Zustand sehr grober Schotter. Der Bereich vor der Haustüre ist nicht angelegt, so daß der Stellplatz für den PKW auf der abschüssigen nicht befestigten Wiese ist. Das Grundstück selber ist riesengroß und sehr "natürlich" belassen. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und möchten uns nochmal bei Martina für die freundliche Betreuung bedanken.

Bij aankomst werden we vriendelijk ontvangen en alles werd duidelijk uitgelegd, martina had gezorgd voor een volle koelkast met lekkere dingen. Het huisje ligt vol met schoonmaakmiddelen, wasmiddel, wc&keuken papier, voldoende handdoeken. Uitzicht is echt prachtig. Het zwembad wordt 1keer in de week schoongemaakt . Communicatie gaat via whatsapp ideaal. Wij hebben genoten van de plek.

Wunderschönes Haus in traumhafter Umgebung

Wir verbrachten mit Kind und zwei Hunden wundervolle Tage in der Villa Ketrin. Unsere Erwartungen wurden bei weitem übertroffen, der Comfort im und ums Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der riesige Garten ist ein Traum. Martina und Ketrin empfingen uns herzlich und waren auch wärend des Urlaubs durchgehend erreichbar. Die Lage des Anwesens ist perfekt für Ausflüge ans Meer, Wandern, Essen gehen... Wir werden sicher wiederkommen. Tausend Dank Martina und Ketrin für eine super entspannte, wunderbare Zeit!

Sehr schönes, großzügiges Haus in ruhiger Ortsrand-Lage. Leider ist das Geschirr/Kochgeschirr und der Geschirrspüler (40cm Breit) für eine Vollbelegung mit 6 Personen etwas "dürftig" ausgelegt. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu "Meckern",herzlicher Empfang mit bereitgestellter "Erstversorgung (Brot,Aufschnitt,kalte Getränke etc.) toller Pool mit gut 160 cm Tiefe, ausreichend Sonnenliegen incl.Badehandtüchern, Sonnenschirmen etc. Auch positiv zu bemerken ist, das uns unsere "Empfangsdame" Martina mindestens einmal die Woche kontaktiert hat und nachfragte ob wir etwas benötigen (frische Handtücher/Bettwäsche....) Alles in Allem Top.

Wundervolle Villa, freundlichste und wärmste Martina bei der Ankunft. 14 Tage, die wir nie vergessen. Interieur perfekt, Pool perfekt, Umgebung perfekt, Landschaft perfekt , Land perfekt. Die Restaurants waren alle von hoher Qualität, das Angebot landestypisch und international. Wir würden dieses Objekt immer wieder buchen. Eine tolle Ferienwohnung !

Wir waren als junge Familie mit unserer kleinen Kindern für ein paar Tage da. Die Kommunikation mit Martina war sehr toll, sie hat uns mit kühlem Wein und Frühstückszubehör im Kühlschrank positiv beeindruckt, ihre Tipps und Empfehlungen über Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung waren sehr hilfreich. Perfekt

Es war ein perfekter Urlaub. So herzlich empfangen wurden wir noch nie. Am letzten Tag waren wir sehr traurig, dass wir fahren mussten. Es fehlte an nichts. Der nächste kleine Supermarkt ist 3 km entfernt, ein etwas größerer 7 km. Wir sind dennoch bis zum Lidl und Plodine gefahren (16km). Wer einen unkomplizierten, ruhigen Urlauben machen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Mein Tipp: Routen ohne Maut eingeben und man findet die schönsten Ecken Istriens. Einen großen Dank an die Gastgeberin, der Wein war super. Wir werden wieder buchen !!!!

Traumurlaub in Radetici

Trotz einiger Regentage war unser Urlaub in der Villa Ketrin grandios. Das Haus ist mit allem, was man sich nur erdenken kann ausgestattet, und es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt.Und das beste von allem: Martina, die Gastgeberin, ein wunderbarer herzensguter Mensch. Sie hat uns auf das Herzlichste mit Speis und Trank und einem gut gefüllten Kühlschrank willkommen geheißen und uns während des gesamten Urlaubs liebenswert und fürsorglich betreut. Danke für alles! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Schönes Ferienhaus auf dem Land

Das Ferienhaus liegt auf dem Land. Rundherum gibt es nichts außer Feldern und Wald. Ein Auto ist daher essentiell. Mit dem Auto kann man aber in 30 Minuten zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten gelangen. In etwas über einer Stunde ist man auch nach Italien gefahren oder in die letzte Ecke von Istrien. Man kann die Region also von hier sehr gut erkunden. Das Ferienhaus war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Es gab Gewürze, Grill mit Kohle und Anzünder, Klopapier, etc. Man braucht wirklich nichts mitzubringen. Das Haus ist modern und gut eingerichtet und top sauber. Die Vermieter sind super nett und sprechen perfekt Englisch. Es gibt wirklich nichts zu meckern.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich . Das Ferienhaus war sauber und wie beschrieben sehr schön. Der Pool war im September grenzwertig zu benutzen. Das Wetter war super. Die Hundehaltung in der Nachbarschaft( Hundegebell ) hat uns nicht gestört da wir auch Hunde dabei hatten. Das Motorad hätte ich nicht mitnehmen müssen da die Straßen einfach keinen Spaß machen.

Schöne Urlaubszeit auf dem Land!

Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Wochen in der Villa Ketrin. Unsere Vermieterin war super freundlich und hilfsbereit und hatte sehr gute Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants etc. parat. Das Haus hat alles, was man so braucht und die Lage auf dem Dorf war sehr ruhig und idyllisch.

Toll ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, ein schöner, großzügiger Pool, sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Wir hatten zwei richtig entspannte Wochen und können dieses Haus nur jedem weiterempfehlen. Auch unsere Kinder waren mehr als begeistert. Einfach toll !! 5 Sterne von uns !!
