Welcome to GOAT House, the love child of Katie and Alex, a millennial couple, who couldn't decide what to do with their lives, so they bought a house in the desert and renovated it with their bare hands. A tale as old as however-long HGTV has been going (watched from their streaming device, not cable.) Enjoy the expansive desert views of Goat Mountain while relaxing in this cute and cozy space. At Goat House you will have the true desert experience with starry nights and beautiful sunsets.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT
There will be a rental agreement sent out that will need a signature to complete the reservation

• POOL
The pool is a cowboy tub that can be filled up with water for your use. These are meant for soaking in and are a "desert pool". The pool is only available during the warmer months April - October. The other months it is closed down.

• FIRE
Due to the location and a current fire ban there is a strict no open flames fire policy. If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, in a fire pit, using fireworks or other open fire means then your rental agreement will be terminated and there is a $500 fine.

• DIRECTIONS
Please make sure to follow the directions so to avoid getting stuck in any sand pits.

• ROAD TO THE HOUSE
The road to the house is a dirt road. An SUV wont be needed as they are maintained dirt roads but they can be a little bumpy.

• A/C & HEATER
The house is cooled and heated by mini splits in each room to keep you comfortable all year long.

• GUESTS
You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests.

• IDENTITY VERIFICATION
You will receive a text or email from Guest Ranger that will ask you to verify your identity and submit a picture of a government issued ID and a selfie. This information will be used to verify that the booking guest matches the credit card used and to help reduce any issues with identity theft. This process is mandatory to complete the booking. The data is protected in a hash-encrypted vault following data security standards including GDPR. Data-input in the vault is encrypted in a two-way function where information is scrambled using an encryption key and unscrambled later using a decryption key. On top of that, we use hashing to add an extra layer of security using a one-way function where a unique message digest is generated from an input file or a string of text. No keys are used.

Connect with your soul during your desert stay. Experience a private or small group session of kundalini yoga, meditation, and/or sound bath by private teacher and energy guide. Reiki energy alignment sessions also available. Please be sure to call or email and schedule at least 24 hours in advance.
