Stayed for month of Feb. Hone was sparkling clean - where your feet stay clean! Carpets and tile look new, kitchen well equipped. Enough paper supplies for a month! All residents, visitors and staff were welcoming and friendly. Loved Cass Cays Cafe and the golf course. Pool felt like 85 degrees and hot tub about 102

Why they chose this property

This area does not have the traffic that other parts of Florida have. It reminds us of old Florida on account of the historic downtown with all of its restaurants, shopping, and Banyan Trees. Several beaches are within an hour's driving time.

What makes this property unique

This is a quiet, resort like property with options for golf, pickle ball, tennis, swimming, kayaking, and boating.
