This is a 2 bedroom, 2 full bath unit on 3rd floor at beautiful Harbor Towers in the gated Burnt Store Marina community that can accommodate 4 people. Living room includes SMART TV. Enjoy your favorite beverage in screened lanai overlooking countless boats in Marina. You are steps away from docks & walking paths of marina, home to gorgeous manatee/dolphins. Comfortable primary bed with marina views includes SMART TV & 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom & in-unit laundry. Countless amenities await such as new couch with chair and ottoman, Keurig, plenty of kitchen and bath supplies to get renters started and so much more.
Harbor Towers offers a beautiful heated pool and hot tub, and an outdoor kitchen and grill and plenty of open parking. Harbor Towers is a quiet condo homeowners association with strict noise ordinances. We appreciate our tenants respect to all those who call it home and those enjoying as guests.

Food options inside the gated community include the Cass Cay Restaurant and Tiki bar that overlooks the marina and the Linkside café that sits on the Golf Course. There is a water taxi available with day trips to Boca Grande, Cabbage Key, Dolphin Tours and Sunset Cruises.
