Modern and spacious 2-bedroom, 2 full bathroom furnished condo in a beautiful building (just completed 2021) in the popular Rosemary District, just two blocks from all of the amenities of downtown Sarasota. Decked out with designer furnishings and the owner's original art, you'll feel at home from day one. 10-foot ceilings provide an airy, open feel. High-speed wifi and an ultra widescreen monitor with a docking station and printer make this unit ready to work from home if you need to! Highly secure building, with locked lobby only accessible to residents. Two elevators and one assigned, covered parking space conveniently located right by the elevator. This unit is in a highly desirable location, just steps away from the gorgeous deck with a heated pool and BBQ. Large private balcony accessible off of both the master bedroom and living room. The unit features a Bose speaker system and brand new appliances.

The condo is brand new — only two renters have ever occupied this condo since it is only rented once yearly to snowbirds. The building is extremely quiet with wonderful and friendly neighbors. We will consider one small dog, pending a pet application acceptance by the condo association. The minimum lease terms is 3 months.

Master bedroom: queen bed, master bath has walk-in shower with ADA grab bars

Guest bedroom: queen bed with lots of sunlight from 2 large windows

Both bedrooms have remote-control operated blackout shades

Guest bath has tub/shower

Living room: Samsung flatscreen TV with Bose speaker

Just 20 minutes from Siesta Key, voted time and time again as the best beach in the U.S., this condo is in the heart of it all, a very short walk away from the fantastic art galleries, theatre and vibrant restaurant scene of downtown Sarasota.

**Deep cleaning and disinfecting are done in between rentals.

Please note that the condo association requires each renter to complete an application and runs a background check. They charge $100 for this which is nonrefundable. Once a lease is signed, we will provide the condo association application to complete.

Great Experience

This is a well-appointed condo with beautiful, modern furnishings and a well-stocked kitchen in terms of equipment, gadgets, etc. Not only is the neighborhood safe and quiet, but the building and apartment itself seem practically soundproof. The proximity to downtown Sarasota’s restaurants, shops and cultural venues is a huge plus. Perhaps most important of all, the hosts are extremely accommodating and responsive.
