Enjoy spectacular gulf views and sunsets from your private balcony on the 14th floor of Ariel Dunes II! Seascape resort features free concerts and events throughout the year. This beautiful condo has 1 bedroom and 1.5 baths and sleeps up to 6 guests. The master features a king bed, and there are hallway bunks - the kids love these! The living room has a queen sleeper sofa for two additional guests. The complex offers a state-of-the art-fitness center and spectacular amenities including a private beach, on-site golf, on-site pools, tennis, watersport rentals, bike rentals and several restaurants, including the Whales' Tail on the beach and Cabana's Cafe on the bottom floor of building 1!

Ariel Dunes is located close to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s large designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both Sandestin and Miramar Beach. Check out the Seascape Towne Center located within the Seascape Resort! Featuring shopping, dining, and entertainment, this is a 55,000 sqft lakeside development designed for the whole family. Great place in a great location. Well equipped but could have had a more personal touch with a welcome basket of coffee pods. The king bed was amazing. The balcony was great and so was the beach. Just wish they didn’t allow outside rental companies to crowd the beaches with their chairs and umbrellas.

Long Weekend Getaway

Great long weekend over fall break. Ariel Dunes and Seascape Resort is one of our favorite places to get away to just relax. Great restaurants close by and easy access. Condo was great. Very clean and tasteful decorations and furniture. Great king size bed too which is a must for us. We will be back. Located on 14th floor, so the views are a great added bonus.

Over property was just as it was described. The views are amazing. They have everything you need for a relaxing day at the beach. We had an issue with check-in (the property was not ready when we arrived) but the owners were quick to resolve and did make it right.

Everything was perfect! Great location-easy walk to beach, close to stores and restaurants. Perfect view of ocean, a lake, and the pools. Unit was clean, nicely decorated, comfortable beds, and furnished with plenty of towels, dishes, beach chairs, and washer/dryer. The elevator was fast and they had carts to carry your luggage. It was a great place to stay. Would definitely recommend!

This was our first condo experience with just my immediate family. We typically travel in a big group. This condo was perfect for us. It was super clean and modern. The balcony was a major plus. My husband always loves a good and spacious balcony! Im almost positive he slept out there the first night. The view was great. We were always able to look out and see beach flag status. I really appreciated the 2restrooms! They came in handy with multiple people trying to get ready. The owners were super quick in responding and very helpful. We will definitely keep this unit on our "go to" list! Thank you!!!
