Ariel Dunes is a non-smoking building. This includes the balconies. There is a designated smoking area downstairs, but smoking is not allowed in hallways, stairwell, balcony or unit. The association has cameras in the common areas and fine $100 per incident.

Views Views Views! See for miles out into the Gulf of Mexico and down the beach all the way to Destin from this 21st story condo.
The master bedroom includes a premium king sized mattress with dresser and night stands, large flat screen TV, clock radio and closet. This room includes a private bathroom with separate shower and tub as well as a double vanity so there is plenty of room. All towels, sheets and linens as well as hair dryer are supplied. The view from the bedroom is stunning as you look out over the beach and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. There is also a sliding glass door to access the oversized balcony from the master bedroom.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen sized bed with night stand and dresser as well as its own flat screen TV and access to the shared second bathroom.

The living room features a new sleeper/sofa and love seat, a large flat screen TV with DVD player. A floor to ceiling sliding glass door opens from the living room to the oversized patio complete with a teak patio set and pub height table to enjoy the breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from the 21st floor of Ariel Dunes.

The kitchen is fully equipped with GE Profile appliances which include a 26-square foot side by side refrigerator with filtered ice and water, dishwasher, self-cleaning oven/range and a built-in microwave. In addition, the kitchen has been fully equipped with all utensils, plates, cookware, can opener, corkscrew and toaster for optimum convenience.
Ariel Dunes is a 24 story tower that has two huge pools total over 11,000 square feet and includes several fountains with large deck areas, comfortable pool side furniture and plush landscaping.
As an added benefit, one of the pools is heated in the spring. The zero entry level pool with the “Mushroom Fountain” makes a great splash zone for the little ones.
The resort area features an affordable 18-hole championship golf course, convenient beach access to over 2000 feet of powder white sand and emerald green water, eight tennis courts, several fresh water lakes, beach service, water sports rentals and magnificent shopping at the nearby Silver Sands Outlet Mall.
Our rates are guaranteed to be the best for the quality that you will receive when you stay in our great condo. This will be a vacation you will never forget!
Winter guest have to purchase their parking pass at the HOA office.

Comfortable accommodations in convenient location

Probably the best part of the stay was the view. It was breathtaking. The location is super convenient to all kinds of restaurants, grocery store and shopping. We spent very little time in the car, since we were able to easily walk to the beach 1 block from our building, as well as multiple swimming pools about 50 years from the elevators. Highly recommend this stay.

Room was very smelly and I sent a email, but I didn't received a answer. So we endure the horrible odor because we didn't have a 2nd option. But overall it was good, just wished that could have been taken care of better.

Great stay besides the neighbor complaints about loud music when they were the ones who started playing the loud music first! I guess since it was not their type of music it was an issue… but overall great stay!

View is outstanding! Bring supplies.

The view was fabulous! The place needs some attention, like a new refrigerator, as this one was froze up for 2 days. The couch is not comfortable, and they said starter supplies, but there was 1/2 roll of tiny toilet paper in the bathrooms. So, plan to buy some toiletries if you are there a week. We would stay in that location again, but a different property.

The overall stay was good but the pretty manager Marcella was rude, unprofessional and petty acting. I had an issue with a leak in the unit and the way that she responded to me was unacceptable. I am still waiting on her from Wednesday to tell me who I need to make a complaint to. The fact that she did not respond to me as the property manager was very unprofessional.

Nice Condo with view!

Communication with the owner was great! We had a couple concerns both of which were addressed immediately. The condo was well stocked and comfortable. Most everything was good but I would definitely replace the shower door and the mattress in the master suite. The overall resort was ok as they didn’t have a lot to offer. Either way, we had a good time😍

Book it!!

First things first: it is SO CLEAN!!! It smells just as clean as it looks. The primary bed is super cozy, so big perk! Second most important detail: when you stand in the kitchen to cook, you can ONLY see the beautiful gulf out of the huge sliding glass door/windows. You can’t even see the tops of the other buildings! It’s breathtaking! The view from the balcony is equally amazing. Not right on the water, but only a very short walk away (no complaints by a 3 + 5 year old on the walks..that’s all the review you need :)) The home is right off the elevator, which we thought would be terrible but it was actually great. We never heard the elevator! We also never heard our neighbors, another perk! Also, each television has cable tv; a strange perk to our stay. We never knew how much we would appreciate such a small detail. Laundry in the unit - extremely convenient after beach days! (They even had a small thing of detergent for us!) They have everything you need for the kitchen (bring extra paper towels + dish soap….& toilet paper). Downside: we couldn’t really “walk” to any restaurants, we drove more than we hoped to. There is a delicious ice cream/chocolate store right by the beach on your walk back to the room! Very good ice cream! We didn’t use the restaurant in the condo building - that place didn’t look the cleanest. Property manager was extremely responsive, kind, and helpful. We had the best time here. Highly recommend!!!! You’ll love it!!

Great Experience

My family and I have stayed at Seascape multiple times and this is yet another beautiful condo. There was plenty of room and the balcony was definitely the main attraction. You have views for days at this location. I give everything an A+, however when we arrived there was a bit of sand throughout the condo, which can be expected I mean you’re at the beach. Overall the condo was very nice and clean and we would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable, nice pools!! Very large in size after riding along the coast seeing other condos pools. We rented a golf cart and that took us to Dinner most nights and even drove to the outlets with it. Chick-fil-A is just a short 1/2 mile ride if you have kids that’s important. We would stay here again!!

It was a very nice property. Those beds were amazing. I kinda wondering if you would miss one.

The only thing is i forgot extra trash and laundry for washer and dishwasher. I cleaned condos for 12 years and it was hard for me to know strip the beds to make it easier on house keeper. We enjoyed every minute and would like to say thank you so much! God bless and enjoy your week!

The condo was great, and just as expected per the description. Amazing views from the 21st floor. The pools were so great, especially on days where the beach was overwhelmingly hot. The walk to the beach was minimal, and the water was also spectacular. If you love water, this is the place.

A Perfect Home Away From Home

This condo is very clean and has great amenities, classy decor, and an amazing ocean view! Being on the 21st floor meant we enjoyed the beautiful view and sounds of the ocean WITHOUT the sounds of cars and passers-by. The on-site pools were perfect (and with only minimal use by other folks) and ocean access was basically a walk down the drive. My husband and sons happily used the workout room on several different days. Access and parking were always a breeze (we saw other places while out on the town where parking would've been awful--not even counting our son's need for wheelchair accessibility). There are lots of restaurants, activities (water and other), and outlet stores nearby. There are also moped and bike rentals available just down the road (walking distance). We had a great time with our kids, and were very glad to come "home" each evening to such a relaxing and convenient condo. Thank you for helping us enjoy a wonderful time in Destin/Miramar Florida!!!

Please check my feedback on all of my properties. I know you will have a hassle free vacation by renting through me. We have a numeric lock on the door, so there is no check in. You can go straight to the condo and we do not have any hidden fees.
