Comfy Condo nestled in the White Mountains of NH (6 adults max)

If your interests include the outdoors, you're in the right place when you visit our condo in NH. There are plenty of outdoor activities for any member of the family. From tubing/kayaking the Pemi river in the warmer months to Skiing and snowmobiling in the winter. We are located in the middle of it all. Our condo offers three bedrooms ( 1 king, 1 queen, 4 twin beds, 1 full pullout)and 2 full baths. Sleeps 8 comfortably. We have a 6 adult maximum. The open concept kitchen, dining and living area create a great user friendly space. Kitchen is equipped with all of the essentials required. It also includes full size electric range, toaster, coffee maker and a dishwasher. The 3 season porch has scenic views overlooking the fairways of the golf course and the WHITE MOUNTAINS which you can enjoy while grilling and enjoying a meal. There are two levels of space where you can retreat the kiddos to the loft area or gather in the spacious living room for a fun family game night. The home comes equipped with 3 TVs, DVD player & internet. The amenities include an indoor pool and an outdoor pool, hot tub, tennis courts, recreation room and we face the first fairway of a 18 hole golf course (The Jack Golf course). Parking for two vehicles only a few feet from the front door with over-flow parking across the street. The property is close to Loon Mountain Ski Resort, Waterville Valley Ski Resort and if snowmobiling is your thing, corridor 11 trail passes nearby. Pack your bags and head to New Hampshire to spend some quality time with family and friends while you soak in all the wonderful things New Hampshire has to offer.

Relaxing getaway

We had a family of 9 that stayed in this unit. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed (pots, dish ware, etc) Beds were very comfortable and we didn’t feel cramped in the space with all of us at all. The pool/hot tub were great and the location was close to everything we needed! Can’t wait to come back!

Very nice and quiet location just about 5 or so miles from Lincoln and located in Woodstock just off the highway. Property was clean, well stocked with enough amenities,well maintained and Dom the owner, was excellent with his communication if I had any questions. We wiuld definitely stay there again! Clean

Dom’s home what is the perfect location for our various day trips around Vermont and New Hampshire for hiking and biking to see the beautiful fall color. We had one question after check-in, and Dom responded immediately.

Winter wonderland

Stepson came to visit from Florida and wanted to see snow. This was the perfect little escape for us and he had a blast. House was clean and had everything you could need. Only complaint was loud neighbors but that’s just bad luck as they were also renters. We would definitely go back again.

Lovely Family Week of skiing and swimming

We had a lovely time at the condo. We made use of the clubhouse for swimming, hot tubbing and playing air hockey and ping pong. It was never very crowded which was nice. We were able to get in a few ski days at Cannon, only 20 minutes away and cross country ski/ play in the snow just outside. The condo was equipped with everything we needed and the owner was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again!

Accurate description of property. Clean and safe neighborhood. Both pools were clean. No playground though as it's being rebuilt. Condo was clean. Air conditioners were old and had difficulty keeping it cool. Overall great weekend !

White mountain get away

We planned a short but sweet Christmas vacation to get in some skiing and relaxation near Loon Mountain! This townhouse was perfect- we only had 3 days including Christmas so I was anxious to get lay of land and what kids could do quick, tons of messages to Dom, always answered quick and we got all the access we needed. The kids enjoyed, my mom and I enjoyed. The house was clean, had everything we needed and they were kind enough to accommodate a late check out as we were all wiped out last day from Skiing AND swimming the day before. Christmas week

Overall the accommodation was great! The indoor pool is a must with kids! Dom was very responsive before the visit, unfortunately, the day of I did not receive the check-in door code until 7:30 pm and had to check in to a hotel after multiple attempts to reach Dom and Vrbo. He was very apologetic however this was very stressful when traveling with small children. For anyone traveling with kids some tips: bring your pool towels and the game room games do not work so do not waste your quarters as we did. Not the owner's fault just a mention. We would stay again and hopefully receive the code to the door the morning of. Skiing is 13 min away!

Comfortable place although a little worn, it is an easy drive to alot of attractions, nice golf course not heavily populated so great place to golf without getting pushed through. Area is very quiet . Would stay here again.

Cousins Trip!

We stayed at Dom and Louisa’s place for a cousins weekend away with two couples, three 5 year olds and an 8 year old. The condo definitely met our needs for an easy, casual weekend. We spent some time at the pool and checked out the Ice Castles, mountains and a brewery. The location is great to get to right off the highway. The upstairs Children's bedroom has swinging doors which made it a little tricky for the adults to hang out in the common space-we had to be more quiet as the kids could hear us due to the lack of a full door. We had a great time and would recommend it for a family weekend up north!
