Villagio Spa Pass at Loon base - 3 minute drive with dedicated parking. New renovated unit top to bottom. Newly added Mountainclub membership with pool, gym and outdoor hot tub at Loon Mountainside Spa with restaurant and bar.

Wonderful mountain views in this three bedroom, with sitting loft, two bath vacation rental townhouse located in the desirable Clearbrook II. Newly installed mini split for AC throughout.

Enter the private entrance to the locker area and foyer and continue downstairs to the lowest level of the townhouse where you will find a full bath, laundry room and two bedrooms. Bedrooms offer each a queen size beds, and a loft with roku TV and classic nintendo video games. The mid-level of the townhouse holds the great room with a wood burning fireplace, 55" flat screen TV and a spacious wrap around couch; the dining area with a large table seating eight and a full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and counter seating for three. The deck is accessed from the dining area and has a great mountain view. The master bedroom suite with a queen size bed, a private attached bath, and more scenic views is located on the upper most level of the townhouse. Finally, the sitting loft is on the landing between the great room and master suite. With over 1650 square feet there is plenty of room for all!

Shuttle bus service to Loon Mountain ski area is available weekends and holidays in the Winter season only Pickup is at the beginning of the road and on an every 15 minute schedule.

The area offers winter and summer recreation for everyone. The perfect destination for your getaway!

Conveniently located near Loon Mountain where we had a special wedding event. The owner Raymond went out of his way to ensure we had an alternative place to shower and change before event when an unexpected water leak ( and subsequent water shut-off of all condos) happened due to construction mistake on next door property.
