We offer quality services to make your stay unforgettable.

On your arrival, and whatever the time, we can organise your transfer. Boucar, will welcome you at the airport with a sign with your name on it and then you will take a seat aboard his comfortable 4X4 (From 38 € per transport: Airport/house, same for the return: House/Airport). To be paid directly to Boucar.

Once in Nianing, he will make you discover the magnificent VILLA located in a very quiet residence, guarded 24 hours a day, 500 m from the sea as well as its splendid exotic garden of 1441 m2. He will give you the keys to this Eden that can accommodate up to 10 people.
You will then be able to take possession of your rooms, nicely decorated, equipped with air conditioning (+ fan) and mosquito nets. In the house: 3 bedrooms with a very large bed 160x200 (including 1 on the ground floor), and refresh yourself in one of the 2 shower rooms (large walk-in shower), separate toilet. In the lodge: 2 bedrooms (1 bed of 140x200 and 2 twin beds 80) with communicating bathroom.

No need to wake up, the singing of the birds will lead you to the large swimming pool (5x10m) maintained daily by Saliou, who watches over its beauty. All you have to do is choose between the different deckchairs on offer and their parasols.

For your meals, you can enjoy the superb covered terrace of 40m2, flowered with multicoloured bougainvillea and equipped with a large table and cosy garden furniture.
A breakfast area and summer lounge are also present for your greatest relaxation.

Marie hyacinthe, our "housekeeper", will be happy to introduce you to Senegalese cuisine. She will take care of the housekeeping, the maintenance of the linen and the preparation of meals according to your wishes (payment of the foodstuffs to be discussed with her).PGJyPg
A shower and an outdoor summer kitchen-bar are also at your disposal.

In the kitchen of the villa, you will find everything you need: microwave, oven, 5-burner gas, fridge/freezer, food processors, teapot, toaster, filter coffee maker, washing machine.

In the bathrooms: Hair dryer, towels (toilet and swimming pool).

Beds are made on your arrival.

Boucar, an outstanding guide, can organise some excursions to visit authentic Senegal: Bandia Animal Reserve, bush excursions, canoe tour in Siné-Saloum, fishing trip, camel ride and night in Mauritanian tents in the Lompoul desert...

Useful:
A "book" is available with phone numbers (taxi, car and quad rental, restaurant, doctor,....)
A grocer 200m away and local merchants of fish, fruits, vegetables, chicken... at the entrance of the residence.
Delivery of pizza and dishes cooked by Coco Diop and La Calèche (restaurants in the village / excellent quality).

Included in the rental: Wi-Fi access, gas, Canal évasion subscription (from 1 week of rental, to be requested from Mari-Hyacinthe), water.
Not included: electricity (metre reading on arrival, to be recharged during your stay with your own money, and metre reading on departure, to be paid), airport transfer, the mandatory maid (from Monday to Friday, Saturday at your convenience, Sunday her day off)
8 euros per day (up to 6 people), add 8€/day for a 2nd housekeeper (from 7 people).

RENTAL RATE: the house only: 630 euros per week (up to 6 people). If you wish to come with family/friends (up to 10 people), you can rent the lodge in addition, located on the property, for 350€, with a 2nd housekeeper.

Ideal for family holidays or with friends but also for busy retirees looking for rest. Rental is non-smoking (inside the villa).
