The farm boasts spectacular Virginia Horse Country views, wooded acres perfect for hiking and exploring, a relaxing salt water pool with integrated hot tub, hammocks, Adirondack chairs, stone fire pit, fitness center, sauna, outdoor shower, grill, and more! We hope you enjoy your getaway on the farm, as much as we love calling it home.Main StreetSperryville is only a mile away and is the quintessential "Small Town USA" with kind folks and plenty of activities to explore.

Main House: living room, full kitchen with gas stove, dining room, laundry room, primarybedroom (queen bed, closet, full bathroom, tv, private patio) guest room suite (king bed, closet, full bathroom, desk w/printer), bonus room/cubby with two twin beds),fully-equipped gym with sauna(punching bag, bench, treadmill, Peloton bike, tv, massage table,TRX,yoga mats, The Mirror, free weights, kettle bell and more).
