This property is available for monthly rental April 15 - December 31 2023.



NOTE: There is absolutely no street parking at any time (HOA requirement). There are 2 driveway spots but other cars must find street parking outside of our neighborhood.



The Space:

Open concept kitchen/living room, upstairs loft with custom couch and hang out area. Beautiful relaxing lanai with super private pool. Private access to the Pinellas Trail with no backyard neighbors, located in a super small gated community, this house is the best kept secret in town!



This home is less than 5 years old, boasts 3 en-suite rooms and 2 additional bedrooms, and is in the BEST location. With 4 king beds, everyone can spread out and relax in comfort. There are 6 Smart TVs throughout the home, so no one has to miss their favorite shows — plus a gaming console loaded with over 50 classic and modern games for endless entertainment.



Located just 4 minutes from Madeira Beach, we provide all the essentials for a perfect beach day: beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, sand toys, floaties, a cooler, and plenty of beach towels!



We have 4 children who live here part-time, so the home is thoughtfully stocked with children's toys, books, games, and more — making it family-friendly and fun for all ages.



Our backyard backs up to the Pinellas Trail, a scenic, paved biking and walking trail with private access right from our gated community. Just a short walk down the trail (less than 1/4 mile) is the recently renovated Blossom Lake Park, a phenomenal spot for small children to play and explore.



The heated pool (included in the rental rate) and screened-in lanai provide the perfect setting for relaxing and enjoying quality time together. Whether you're here to unwind or make new memories, this home has something for everyone!

The neighborhood is super safe and gated. We are located only 4 minutes drive from Madeira Beach, 10 minutes from John's Pass, 20 minutes from Clearwater, 20 minutes from downtown St Pete and 30 minutes from Tampa.



Other Things to Note:

We ask that you respect a few of our house rules. Absolutely no parties or events, strict quiet time from 10pm - 8am and no street parking. There are 2 spots in the driveway. The house can sleep 8 adults and 4 children (max). Please do not inquire if your party is over the maximum occupancy.

Hello! We are Corey and Carrie! We have been together for over a decade and have 4 amazing kids who keep us very busy! We homeschool our kids and bounce back and forth between Green Bay and our house in Madeira Beach, FL!

Aside from the kids we are very active real estate investors with a growing portfolio of rental properties and we always have a couple of flip projects going on! We are die hard Green Bay Packer fans! We love getting to know people and are excited to meet you!

Why they chose this property

This home is less than 5 years old, boasts 3 en-suite rooms and 2 additional bedrooms plus is in the BEST location. Only 4 minutes from Madeira beach, we provide all of the essentials for your trip to the beach including a beach wagon, beach chairs and umbrella, sand toys, floaties, a cooler and beach towels! We have 4 children that live here part time so there are plenty of children's toys and books, games, etc. Our home backs up against the Pinellas Trail (a super long paved biking and walking trail) that we have private access to from our gated community. Recently renovated Blossom Lake Park is a phenomenal park for small children and is less than a quarter of a mile walk down the trail. The pool is heated (heat included in rental rate) and the lanai is perfect for relaxing and enjoying each other's company!
